We need to see movement on getting the books up to date and getting the Canadian Trade Suspension removed. It is not a halt any longer. This is one step from delisting. $RQHTF With Reliq still halted and price swings down to 10 cents, this is a buy if I ever saw one. Rumours are the financial reports will start filtering out near the end of March with 3 coming within a few weeks. There will be a lot of information in a short period of time to really get some traction. It will be frustrating for Canadian investors who can't trade but it sure is looking good for everyone else. Patience here will pay IMO. CTO in Canada probably will be in place for another 5 weeks. Just something to consider.

$RQHTF This is trading on such lows volumes it’s hard to know what to think. I believe Lisa held 3M shares. Even if she has been selling the past couple of months it wouldn’t have significantly dented her total. Weird to know what’s up other than there appears to be very few shares changing hands.

$RQHTF Last week the company did a virtual conference with Maxim Group. New CEO Chris did a good job imparting information new and old that definitely seems to point in a good direction for the company long term. Found a couple places with a copy of the transcript from the conference and to me it seemed like things are going in the right direction. One was Reddit, the other was CEO.ca. If you are wanting to better understand what the company does and where it is going, it is worth looking at it. Overall, while I don't like the Canadian halt on the company it seems like a good opportunity if it is new to you. I have 250K shares personally so you know what I think. $RQHTF Looking like the buy I did on Monday was dumb... Halted now so it is irrelevant. Now I wonder if we will even see audited financial report with KPMG or if the company will be using a new auditor. KPMG could turn it around in a week if they wanted to but it seems like there is more going on there. I am thinking they will end up going forward with new auditors and that could take a month or more... Time will tell I suppose. Their lack of transparent communication and the halt will have shareholders exiting in masses if/when they get it done.

$RQHTF Going to talk about some perspective here. Reliq posted some decent number prior to the issues with the year end numbers. While I don't expect to see the year end report to show much if any big numbers it will be very close to if not positive in revenues. What is going to be more interesting is the Q1 which is now late by 40+ days and the eventual Q2 which is due end of February to the beginning of March. Those should show some amplified results as the company has expanded significantly into the SNF market and those initial additions will start to show up on the ledger. This company is sitting on a wealth of contracts with significant health providers and although the financial delay is frustrating, it does not actually reflect the companies health nor indicate their operations are in trouble in anyway. In fact the raise done in October provides them a significant cushion going forward allowing them to rapidly expand. I bought twice in the last 10 days. Will try for more.

$RQHTF I think the 6 mill. they raised at terrible terms are already gone. Untill 3 weeks ago i thought Lisa was a good CEO, now we all know she made unforgivable mistakes allowing such a kind of bookkeeping or no bookkeeping at all. Something is very very wrong at this company. There will be no profits untill next year if they are able to survive, even worse probably more dilution. Already lost half my net worth here.
