@YellowFarts @SheDrills RECAF never disclosed any data after initial claims of discovery. They kept claiming data were property of Namibian government. Presumably they shopped the results until a Dutch company said something semi positive. When short sellers exposed them stock lost 50-69% and with last dry well another 80%. RECAF was total fraud from the get go. RECAF capital was used to buy RNSFF. RECAF executives were biggest shareholders at $RNSFF. After the buyout Steinke and other crooks promptly sold for tens of millions worth of shares on the pretext of tax bill. Shareholders were left with bags.

@TONYL0SS @CrapSh00t That insiders did not sell in the summer of 2021 is pure lie. They disposed of all the shares they acquired through acquisition of $RNSFF. Remember Steinke was largest shareholder of $RECAF and CEO of $RNSFF. That was an outright scam to transfer money from $RECAF shareholders to insiders. For that scam to work stock has to be pumped. And pumped it was from less than a $ to $11 in about a year. In fact from $0.25 in April 2020 to $11 in July of 2021, a remarkable 44X increase with no oil discovery of any kind in 15 months. That is extraordinary fraud.

@TriGGaH He received cash payment of $1.6M for supposedly consulting plus the warrants and options. He sold the warrants. This was in addition to many millions of dollars he received for his otherwise worthless $RNSFF shares.

@FluffyAlpaca $RNSFF had no money, Steinke had 30M+ shares. 30M shares he got by selling RNSFF Bostwana license he obtained from RECAF essentially for free. CFO of )RNSFF and $RECAF was the same crook, so not only he knew Steinke was swindling RECAF but he also knew Steinke was swindling RNSFF. He was very well rewarded for playing along. Then Steinke, who was CEO of RNSFF and biggest shareholder of RECAF had RECAF pumped, and made a $110M equivalent buyout offer to $RNSFF. RECAF ended up paying Steinke alone $15M to get back the license it sold him for 150K. RNSFF had no money. Money was raised by private placement of RECAF. The PQE management was just a crooked. I am reserving judgement for new CEO and CFO. The difference is PQE is primarily as technology company. There is no discovery risk, there is only execution risk. Its current market value is 1/10th of RECAF’s. So at this point it has a lot less risks if management is ok. There is a clear path forward if execution is ok.

@Dollarslaveclub @tnynex13 so what happened to 5M? Those 1.5M shares are the ones he scammed through $RNSFF fraud.

@KTown33 just look at insider selling in the last 20 months, both $RECAF ans $RNSFF. They have been milking investors for years.

@gts451 Once the flow numbers are in no one will give a shit to those idiots. $PANR has real oil.Just a matter of execution. $RECAF is a truly disgusting company. The oil show news were used in May 2021 to pump the stock and buy $RNSFF at 20X inflated price. Biggest shareholders and BoD of $RNSFF are Steinke, Eskendar and others who are in control of RECAF. It was self dealing that generated over $50M net profits for these crooks. They then turned around and sold all those shares after a second pump in August under the guise of paying tax obligations. Yes, $RECAF is fraud.

$RECAF No body buys a petroleum system. This is not a horse. You either have commercially producible oil or you don’t. STEINKE and Eskander have deposited tens of millions of investors money by hyping RECAF, self dealing by using investors money to buy their shall company which was almost bakcrupt at the time, $RNSFF, for over $100M while paying themselves additional consulting fees. They used smoke screens to sells tens of millions of $worth of shares to finance their luxuries. $RECAF has not produced a single drop of oil, have not found a single well worthy of flow testing. They hide data from investors an just lied and lied. This is a scam, game over. Steinke and Eskander belong to jail.

@Kramer90 I did. Made enough money with $RECAF and $RNSFF (already absorbed by RECAF) to pay off my mortgage. I will be forever thankful to the 2 stocks! I regroup again from scratch March April but on another price $3+ Much smaller position but present in my portfolio. I did bought RNSFF too but when it reached .48 sold it all and switched the cash to $EEENF. If EEENF move fast will then sell there and buy more RECAF. Switch lanes but going to the same place.

@thebin just taking some profits. My $RNSFF converted so there is plenty there. If it wasn’t going to see 12, that Maleki guy would not have taken that deal.

$RECAF I had to buy a little more $RNSFF today, just for old times' sake. Many years ago when I was away at school, my parents would send a check to me, for a small amount, before a holiday break. "Gas money to get home" they would say... well here's a little gas money to get home $RNSFF... it will be good to have the family all together under one roof.

$RECAF Can't beat the system. $RNSFF has been consistently trading at a small discount to the fixed conversion for the past few days. Same for $ROE.TSXV. Gotta admire the manipulation. Big players win twice. Once on the exchange and again on the upcoming run.
