$RHCO Sent message to OTC Markets this morning asking the time frame should be expected for a YIELD to be updated to PINK once company provides late financials (which company has and it is posted on the OTC website). YIELD due to lack of financial information yet they have the financial information they need. Like a dog chasing it's tail. Will post any response.

$RHCO Otcer26, I've heard that in last few days there has been progress with OTC issue. You have anything to add to that??? I was told until issue is resolved company could not file Financials with OTC to upgrade back to "PINK" from "YIELD".

$RHCO Nice to see how such little volume can move this stock. Once OTC "Yield" vs "Pink" status is resolved due to termination and installation of Old and New management, Qtr Results will be filed and should be interesting. Re: recent PR, Companies do not commit to buy another company if they do not have the capital or credit to do so. $acon, $Ivda Watching!

Don't know poster, but what was said is accurate about what is going on with New CEO, CEO he replaced and the former CEO that gave up the position due to health issues. This OTC "penny" stock posted 4 quarters of increasing profits. But, until this CEO issue is resolved, (and they expect it will be soon), it seems company cannot file latest 10-Q until OTC "recognizes" new management. $RHCO Learned this past week the OTC "yield" has more to do with New CEO announced back in September. Appears previous management had an issue with that. OTC still asking questions as to management change and previous mgmt. "complaint". Expects to be resolved soon, but appears company cannot file Financials until OTC "recognizes" new management. Despite that, was told company is still doing very well and all will be OK!
