$RHCO So the 53+ million shares owned by former CEO was settled in favor of RHCO. However, ruling was appealed. They say he has no case and just a matter of time before cleared up.

$RHCO Good news this week. Another profitable Qtr (9 in a row). Also another important addition to the company team! Have asked why latest 10-Q still list a former CEO as owning 53+ million shares (14.89% of OS). I was told this was in process of being cancelled/clawed back. I'm guessing is still in litigation. Why still a $.02-$.03 stock makes no sense to me. $RHCO I’ve reduced my position here over the last few months. However, I bought 10k on the ask, and it rose 49%. This stock would move if people knew about it and bought into it. Management has done nothing to promote the stock.

$RHCO Genuine business, attractive share structure and history, solid revenue, long term growth plan, imminent up-list to QB. It really is one of those rare ones in the OTC world. Aside from a current lack of stock trading activity, what is there not to like? It won't take much to move the needle.

$RHCO the below message from RHCO on enticing new investors… “Sir the company experience is as long as they are listed on the pink sheet it hard even with buying volume the market makers always short the stock so they put all the effort in the actual biz which is going unbelievably well.. The company had some issues with why they couldn't finish their audit. In the meantime this issues have been taken care of this consist of a court case with the previous CEO and a issue of land purchase In France . Both Of this issues have been settlers and they just resume with the auditors to work on the final audits for the last three years they have all the confidence that within this year they will file for the uplisting to QB And by that time they will give the company all the support in PR what they can do to make this a few dollar Stock . $RHCO People do not trade otc stocks due to commission charged. However, there are some out there worth a look. Ex. $mobq look at 6 month chart and observe many chances to buy over 100% lower. Not for the $10 -$20 rookie trader looking to make $1 or 2 but interesting for those that have capital to invest. It cost companies a lot in fees to trade on NASDAQ. Some have found it's not worth it and better to use those funds for the company.

$RHCO Promised some I would make this suggestion once company regained PINK status and I did. Company is a "Holding" Co that invests in different companies and some have been publicly traded. While I do not think they currently have anything of sufficient value, I suggested they consider spinning off one or more in the future to Shareholders as a "Stock Dividend". IMO it would be huge for the Stock SP. They agreed to keep it as an option..
