$PVL I'm glad that PVL's distribution is based primarily on Oil and not Natural Gas. The main drawback for me. Is not seeing a major increase in production. After all of the drilling that has been done.

$PVL Looking good, still not understanding (why) the NG is for 3 months ago and the Oil is from 2 months ago, but at any rate, jeez Louise how many wells are/have been drilled now at 18 this year yes? Either way so close to back to dividends really liking the production I imagine Q1 will be a bit more detailed as to just what is being counted (how many and what can it scoot up to?) $PVL 9 more days until more tears are shed with yet another 0.00 distribution. Question is, do we increase shortfall or start paying it down? Currently $2.3mil in the hole.

@stockwinner1966 I will be 60 on my next birthday. I pay over 3K per year to receive both the daily cash prices and the monthly index prices for Natural gas and LNG. For every hub and pipeline in the country. I have a very good idea what they will be paid for natural gas production. Two months before the earnings. Though for oil, I don't know any more than the next guy. I can't say what the price will be for NG. Until it's posted publicly somewhere else. But I can say. It's not going to be good for $PVL .

$PVL If $PVL were higher I would be shorting here for sure. But a lot of people hold or buy even when things go bad. So there just is not enough money to be made. Besides, with my luck. The second after I shorted it. The Sponsor would announce a buyer at $ 5.00 per share. lol

$PVL I looked at the numbers a bit closer last night and things look bad now but we should be at or near the bottom. Based on historical number, breakeven is in the $78/barrel neighborhood when you average their spending and production numbers — that number creeps up a bit as production falls, but is useful for rough calculations. Natural gas should slow the bleeding on the next report and oil prices will help a little too, depending on production numbers we could just about break even for the April report. May we probably slip back into the red again as natural gas pricing tanks and oil only moves up modestly. June is looking better for oil, especially if production ticks up — should be solidly in the black and start filling the deficit hole they’ve dug. After that we rely on oil continuing to creep up based on demand return and continued supply constraints (I am expecting April oil in the $83 range), but no real help from NG. Probably not enough for July divi

$PVL The ultimate kick down would be if their shortfall increases again. At that point probably not even worth a gamble until a few consistent reports will positive cash flow roll in. This one is perplexing. Not sure who is buying these units right now. Day traders looking for a 5% scalp?

$PVL Terrible production numbers. Back into low 30s. What good is coming from these capital expenditures of the last 5 quarters? Oil goes above $90 or we see nothing.
