$PSHG I cannot believe how long I’ve been holding just for this damn thing to hit $2.43 so I can break even and exit. I should’ve done it the one time it hit that mark, but with the $3 tender I held, like an idiot, thinking it might eventually hit $3. I won’t make that mistake again. This up a penny down a dime action is getting really old. I’m so fed up.

$PSHG I once had a lawyer look into this company due to its questionable business practices. He agreed that their operations were very suspect and there was good reason for shareholders to file a class action lawsuit. However, they wouldn't take the case. He explained that although they are held accountable to Nasdaq rules, the fact that they have incorporated in the Marshall Islands, which is remote and has its own rules, it was not worth pursuing. Unless you have unlimited resources and can afford representation that will attend hearings there and is versed in Marshal Islands corporate law, forget it.
