$PSHG If PSHG cared about the shareholders, it would have done so because it cannot mention that the value is more than 6 dollars and that is not advisable to give in to Economou's offer, but at the same time manipulate the price so as not to go up more than 2 dollars. So much so that before the war in Ukraine they promised dividends to shareholders if conditions permitted, but when the time came to do so, instead of dividends, they manipulated the price through a public offer at 2.25 when the stock was trading more than 3 dollars, and 3 hours before officially announcing the offer, the price fell that day more than 50% I ended the day with a drop of 60%+ All this so that the price of converting their preferred ones into common ones would fall from more than 4 dollars to 1.38 How good you forgive! Without selfishness and without greed, caring for the shareholders! ahahaha Since then the price has been established around 2 dollars when Economou's offer is 3 dollars. How odd! $PSHG The share price belies the good management that the corrupt CEO comments on. If the price was close to the value, sh/cash 6 dollars THERE WOULD BE NO LAWSUIT FROM ANYONE. THE GREED OF THE LEADERS OF PSHG CAUSED THE PRICE DISASTER AND THE LOSS OF THE SHAREHOLDERS. $PSHG I’m sure as hell not selling. I DCA’d my average down. Got another 2K shares today - it’s hard to get shares as the bid/ask spreads are always wide. Got lucky today with the dip when the spread was .01. When the new ships arrive hopefully we’ll see a nice upward trend.
