$PSHG Company needs to give a .10 dividend with the Q1 earnings IMO. That would knock this over $3 IMO and render GE's offer meaningless.

$PSHG If your shares have baan locked by your broker as a result of the tender offer. SEC Rule 14d-7 provides that any tendering security holder has the right to withdraw its tendered securities “during the period such offer request or invitation remains open.” If a bidder extends an offer period, can it limit the availability of withdrawal rights during this extended offer period to a select group of the subject company’s security holders (e.g., only those security holders who tendered prior to the extension of the offer period)? The withdrawal rights required under Rule 14d-7 must be made available to all security holders during any extension of the offer period. [March 17, 2023]

$PSHG If you are reading this board GE, this new piece of knowledge we learned (that I did not understand before) that the tendered shares are locked until you either rescind the offer or it is accepted by the company really sucks. If you change your offer to $5 per share and make it only good for two weeks, I will tender my shares to that offer.

$PSHG The stock already has its shares in circulation locked for the majority. There are no sellers, only some shorts control the price and some new buyers, if it is not the company that makes a slow buy back After 2.35-2.40 a new scenario will develop that I think we will know about through the news. That is to say, what had happened would come to light.
