$PRTYQ For posterity's sake: PRTY filed 3 10Q's today and once again (mainly for Tradesman's benefit) this statement solidifying what most of us knew from the very beginning and quoted over and over again. "Interests in the Company. Holders of Interests in the Company, including the Company’s common stock prior to emergence, received no recovery or distribution on account of such Interests, and upon emergence from Chapter 11, all such Interests in the Company were canceled, released, extinguished, and discharged, and are of no further force or effect." Haven't seen anything on a Class action suit in quite awhile.
