$PDYPY can we sue ??

@Annie_Preferred The best information I have been able to get from Robinhood is: BNY Mellon originally agreed to exchange the $PDYPY ADS for NYSE shares of $FLUT. After a back and forth between Robinhood and BNY, BNY said that they would now only change for foreign shares. I'm not sure how this is possible seeing as $FLUT has delisted from Euronext Dublin. Are they also listed elsewhere? Robinhood cannot support foreign shares on their platform, so we now have to either wait until BNY liquidates the foreign shares and we receive the proceeds, or transfer what we have to a different platform that supports foreign shares and exchange on there. Does anyone else have any additional insight/information?

@Annie_Preferred I elected to convert my shares and Merrill exchanged my $PDYPY to $PDYPF, why I don't know, that cut my shares in half. Yahoo finance has the $PDYPY and $PDYPF float at 158M and $DKNG at 452M. That shows me shares should be in demand.

$PDYPY So when they put FLUT on the NYSE by moving some shares from Europe, and they don't issue new shares ... and all this U.S. money flows in ... there's got to be more demand than supply. So I wouldn't be surprised to see $120 pps pretty soon!

$PDYPY Wrong information, misinterpretation and complexity is your friend. Do your own dd! Everyone thinks you get forced out by January 26th ... but it's really July 26th the way I read it ... by then, this should follow FLUT and be $150+ ... at least that's my bet!
