$PAX Patria Investments reports Q1 EPS 21c, consensus 30c CEO Alex Saigh said: "Q1 2024 marked a great start for the year, and I'm very pleased with the performance we delivered. We generated over $35M dollars of Fee Related Earnings in the quarter, representing a 13% increase from 1Q23. We delivered more than $31M dollars of Distributable Earnings, or 21c per share. We continue to grow and diversify our platform, both organically - as we raised $1.1B dollars year to date through April, and over $5.1B in the last twelve months, and inorganically - as we were thrilled to announce the closing of our acquisition of abrdn's private equity solutions business this past Monday, and we saw good progress towards the closing of our pending acquisition of Credit Suisse's real estate business in Brazil. With that, I am even more confident we will reach both our financial and AUM targets. We are comfortable in getting our Fee Related Earnings to at least $170M dollars this year, on the way to more than $200M in 2025."

@Fusion01 @anoynmous99 After cutting my $HIMS position by 10% for the second time yesterday; it is still a whopping 21% of my portfolio. I didn't loose conviction, it is more about risk management. By heart and history I am a Div investor (Div pay basically all my bills). And I see great risk/reward in the higher yield arena currently. Some of the proceeds went straight into the trusted hands of Joey Agree, some funds went to support Ivan Kaufman's ($ABR) entertaining fight against the self-proclaimed 'Grand Poobah'... And I initiated a full position on $PAX, and further added on $EQNR. Every investor has a personal investment journey and idiosyncratic goals. If I would be in my 20's or 30's with sole goal of capital accumulation, I probably wouldn't sell a single HIMS share, no matter the position size...

$PAX Patria Investments reports Q4 distriubtable EPS 47c, consensus 37c CEO Alex Saigh said: "I'm very pleased with the performance we delivered in the 4th quarter and the full year 2023. We generated Fee Related Earnings of $148M for the year, up 14% from 2022, and added $47M of Performance Related Earnings. Together, that resulted in Distributable Earnings of $188 million for 2023, or $1.26 per share, which translates to EPS growth of 26% year-over-year for our shareholders.
