$ONL I did a deep dive on ONL and I believe they are in deep shit. According to their Q2 press release occupancy was 79.7%. Total Bullshit. Do a Google search of each building in their portfolio (i did). Shit, just look on ONL's current website which shows 19 buildings (of their 69 "operating properties") for lease! (https://www.onlreit.com/portfolio/properties-for-lease). It also shows that all of their best Class A buildings are vacant or about to be vacant! Their only renewals are low $$ government on Class B. I did a deep dive on their financials and with all of the vacancies this year (on the highest value Class A buildings) by my calculations they are no longer bringing in enough to even cover their expenses. This is why I believe they will have to cut or suspend the dividend at Q3 and they will slash FFO forecast for 25 in Q4. I lost six figures from these fraudsters.

$ONL FFO is in the toilet with Highmark building now vacant and Hasbro leaving in Dec. The Walgreens deal is dead, STR lease appears dead, and actual occupancy is below 70%. Management are morons and frauds. They will need to cut the dividend on Nov. 7 (q3) and slash FFO for 2025. I'm out

$ONL just bought a 97.000 square feet building [4600 Norris Cyn Rd.] in San Ramon, CA that is 100% leased to Valent USA with 15.4 years remaining on the lease. Is the Office market turning the corner?

$PKST That back to the office article from Amazon today is exactly why high quality office and industrial REITs have so much upside from current prices. They have been left for dead but now that companies are going to require people back to the office, there is no reason for the current discounts to NAV especially with lower rates coming. Peakstone is my favorite but other names that will benefit are $HPP $ONL $ILPT
