$ONDS Barring an announcement that propels the stock higher, I'm afraid the game plan will be to do a reverse stock split to make the stock price more palatable to a wider array of investors. The split will be followed by an equity raise. Hopefully they'll have a release or 2 in their pocket to spring on the market post split to help goose the stock price while its being closely followed by the low float daytrading community. There's still hope that they can announce something that will not be dismissed by the market and avoid this scenario. R/S=Death Rattle

$ONDS The thought that OAS is a business worth "BILLIONS" is pure fantasy and should be considered insulting to our collective intelligence. Regarding Networks, I really think Eric should have more forcefully reiterated the connection between Siemen's Airlink and Ondas enabling investors to more confidently extrapolate our revenue pipeline on the rails side. I consider both the quarterly results and the communication from management on the call to have been abysmal.

$ONDS The drone industry is perhaps the most fragmented in the world. There are hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of competitors. Most are tiny underfunded entities that boast cutting edge technology that will never be profitable. Most won't survive as anything other than penny stocks on the pink sheets. I would put OAH in that bucket. Most will have their technology acquired for pennies on the dollar by the larger well capitalized companies that have already demonstrated considerable success. Why? Because they lack access to the necessary low-cost capital required to properly scale. They also lack broad market acceptance for their technology. I maintain that by the time market acceptance comes around or capital is more available, these little companies' promising tech will no longer be unique. The TAM is real and the bigger well-capitalized tech savvy companies are working feverishly to address it...And I believe they will be successful in doing so. Stock's only value is rails.

$ONDS it’s coming people. AAR has blessed the 9/14/25 transition deadline. And by April 26 buildout must be substantially complete. Don’t get confused by $69 mm AAR number. That was to complete clearing legacy NW ONDS TAM of $460 mm for 900 nw intact. Of which $231 mm for upgrade rest for expansion. Plus 220 be taking off. 160 and 450 next $1.3 B plus just for class 1s. Knock yourself out guessing 24 new revs. What clear to me is 25 will exceed 75 mm. Maybe 100 mm Drone rev this year likely $15-20 mm. Then explodes to 50-60 mm next year. And grows 100% plus for many years beyond The drone capital markets are thawing. Plenty sophisticated mega investors would love piece of OAH. Steal of century. Will happen soon at great valuation. And fix balance sheet concerns In few years these best in class drone assets worth billions. And likely spun out to us investors So whine if must. But this puppy teed up like nobody’s business

$ONDS Comany needs to raise more capital...Joe Popolo probably has nothing but lint left in his pockets. Who's going to step up next and how badly will we get bent over this go round. Eric did absolutely nothing to assure investors that the tide is really turning. He sounded as uncertain as we are and he was elusive in every instance during Q&A. He could have said, "Every order for Siemens Airlink translates to X revenue for Ondas" without defining the actual amount. He couldn't even provide that assurance. I object to the use of the term "fleet" in discussing Optimus when we anticipate producing just 15 for all of 2024. I repeat...this is NOT a $Billion business. Manana, Manana, Manana(Spanish). Same old shit for the past 3years but manana never comes.

Also, reiterated intention to build 15 Optimus units by year end "following the easing of supply chain constraints." Ummm, that's not a lot.
