$NVEI the stock pope laughs every time he sees people saying ”guranteed profit” 1. nothing is 100-% guaranteed something could just come up, economic disaster anything could happen downside is high upside is limited transaction will also take 6+ months or more 2. you can sell today and get 5-6% yield in a bank truly guaranteed with access to the capital anytime needed

$NVEI Yes, it says the deal probably won't go through until the end of the year or the first quarter of next year.. Decided to sell mine in 2 accounts.. By the look of the market today, there's gonna be some great deals out there. Took a dollar laugh, but I'll make that up on some of these that are getting oversold over the next day or 2.
