$SEQL $TRKAQ $NIR Correct me if I’m wrong, SEQL (ATLN)’s filing never mentioned a specific national securities exchange to list on besides keeping it broad: “we’re going to list in a NSE someday soon” and now, a day before the US election, they revealed they’re merging with a company listed on Nasdaq…
From what I see, when troika moves, Near moves—court dockets released same day or week after long period of silence, as troika. The timing is compelling but who knows until the final reveal!

$TRKAQ Now, the US elections are about a month away. By now, obviously, a republican administration is favorable for the capital markets, heavyweight FDI M&As. If we put ourselves in the Coates shoes, they are in no rush but I would assume they are wise to know if the US election doesn’t go their way toward Trump, they can potentially pivot, scale, or adjust operations post-election without having to delay any further. I don’t know if they have to wait for $NIR or $SEQL or any other chess pieces that may be related to this massive M&A transaction.
The heavy lifting has been done. Groundwork laid. Claims reconciliation process under. Placeholder date for final decree in mid 2025. I have NO IDEA how much longer but the recent docket with Oracle, US HQ PR, Coates PR—it certainly shows signs of progress. Sit tight and your favourite word: Patience.

$NIR $SEQL $TRKAQ I suppose from troika court dockets we don’t get the “high level” version of disclosure statement and confirmation Plan. We had a sanitized version because of NDA? Nor anything specific about compensation for current troika shareholders. Gotta dig deep to figure all out. Maybe that’s why Jefferies and Willkie brought in…? The complexity and sophistication of legal framework and financial maneuvering to put this together?

$SEQL ATLN investors still don’t see the bigger picture. You’re part of a bigger deal than ATLN Lyneer itself. Go look at $TRKAQ and $NIR filings and court dockets. Look at the timing of the form 25 form 15. Keep looking you’ll come to the same conclusion, eventually 😉

$NIR $SEQL $TRKAQ if $BETSF is part of this deal and I haven’t had the bandwidth to dig deeper into them on their timeline..then Willkie/Plan Admin could provide justifiable reasons on troika continue being kept in the dark after Final Decree issued for the reverse merger plan to happen. And for us to get compensated, finally. Not everyone is a millionaire like Santa. He’s in a different phase of his life and can patiently wait. Given the state of the economy, God knows if this is the real deal, it’ll be our life changing gains to get out of this political and economic climate mess. So you pissed off it’s taking forever? Stop lurking and complaining and put in some work in due diligence to figure it out for us and share. It isn’t my job or Santa or anyone else to babysit you and figure it out for you. $TRKAQ Frustrated Troika taking a century to pay us? Then let’s figure it out together stop lurking like a female 🐶 and help us out. From our understanding so far, after the July 29 Oracle America $20k admin expenses objection deadline, if no objection no court hearing needed to delay. Then, the judge will have to issue Final Decree to close out troika’s chp 11. Unless the other pieces are ready, I don’t see why we wouldn’t go public in time for the NFL or Summer Olympics. It’s Jefferies job to analyze market conditions for bet365/troika. Willkie/Plan Admin can only delay with justifiable reason after final decree issued or it would be a violation of fiduciary duty to shareholders and we would have reasonable grounds to pursue legal or regulatory actions against troika. $NIR seems to just be sitting and waiting when looking at their sec filings/dockets. $SEQL (ATLN) filed their amended S1 (have a look for us you lazy lurker).
