$MPW WOW! The new short numbers are out and as of 4/15/24 the short interest has increased by 12.7 million more shares to a record time high amount of shares sold short of 219.34 million shares, or 37% of the float! During this time period the price of MPW went from $4.70 to $4.74. So it took the borrowing and reselling of 12.7 million additional shares in 2 weeks to try and protect the shorts position and the price still went up. I think things are coming to a head and soon the price of MPW will break free to the upside. The price has been hovering at $5 or less ever since MPW was at 125m shares of short interests. That means that we have close to 100m shorts that are either already in the red or very close to it once you factor in borrowing costs and dividends paid. (30 cents of dividends has been paid over this timeframe) They can only hold it down for so long by borrowing and selling more shares! Long and strong! They have to cover sometime!

$MPW bought another $2500 worth today..this is now my largest holding at $5.97 average..I think their earnings they have a LOT of positive news to rally on. We will break into $5 a share..but I’m not sure how long until I’m green lol..holding 4000 shares now.

$MPW New short interest data... As of April 15th 219 million shares were short. That's a 13 million increase from March 28th, and the price was still higher.

Any of us who followed into Cohodes $RILY short from HedgeyeLive on 4/17 is getting their ass blistered from the squeeze, need MPW to drop big to absorb the growing pressure on margin acct.
