$MNSEF Much thanks to Lithd for finding the story where Johnson City has an electric bus with C4V batteries. And so I found this clip: www.binghamtonhomepage.com/video/johnson-citys-electric-school-bus/9318693/ So, we have a working bus, with C4V on the banner in this story. And we also have a NY mandate that all newly purchased buses be electric by 2027. Despite the rift between C4V and Magnis, and least there's some tailwind.

$MNSEF Not directly related to Magnis, but let's point out some bullshit logic we're fed. Take a look at this article: www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2024/04/22/california-solar-duck-curve-rooftop/ According to the article, there's so much solar, that it pushes prices so low that power has to be thrown away. So first, do we object to cheaper power? And even if one believes that "supply and demand" works the same for what we pay for electricity in the same way it works for pizza or tires or household goods (etc), I have a magic unicorn to sell you! They mention the SUPER OBVIOUS...batteries. But BARELY. And look at the graph: The caption says solar turns on at about 6AM..."cutting demand". So, nobody runs their AC units all day in California when it's sunny? Because when it's hot, and solar is working, the existence of solar reduces the demand? Fine then. We should stop growing food. Because when we're hungry, supplying food "reduces demand". Let's get rid of refrigeration too while we're at it! Such fine "journalism" by WAPO. Bravo WAPO!

$MNSEF Competition never rests, it never lingers between court dates. It is precisely this constant movement that hinders progress and challenges Magnis Energy Technologies on the road to regression. https://mining.com.au/renascor-executes-indigenous-land-agreement-for-siviour/ https://youtu.be/5XpoK8-h10g?si=Bx1zGfNGNGtzFEWp

$MNSEF Well, Batterotech says they'll be " assisting Magnis' iM3NY battery plant if needed, and will work together on any future battery manufacturing plants identified by Magnis." Yes Batterotech, please DO assist. Give us some of that "Extreme Manufacturing" https://en.batterotech.com/Manufacture.html Batterotech is owned by Tsingshan Holding Group Co., Ltd. We do not care if they are from China. At least I don't. Magnis was "ex-China", but is now ex-ex-China. Fine. Maybe they'll want some graphite or something?

$MNSEF Maybe PWC funding will come through. This was from Feb...https://www.listcorp.com/asx/mns/magnis-energy-technologies-limited/news/magnis-financing-update-for-im3ny-2993869.html No word on this, as far as I know. No word on the (up to) $700 million loan from the govt. No word on the AAM plant. We got a maybe on funding for Nachu. Dammit, we need something real to happen. This agnostic here has been reduced to praying. Maybe I'll throw another $100 at this. That's better than spending $100 on lottery tickets, right? Right? Can anybody here cheer me up?

$MNSEF from google :In a lithium metal battery, the graphite anode is replaced with electroplated lithium metal, which enables it to store twice the energy of a lithium-ion battery in the same amount of space. The lithium metal anode also weighs less than the graphite anode, which is important for EVs.Feb 7, 2024
