$MEOA It was a big pump that we bought into. It was halted, but it was a T12 suspension halt. The SEC website says a T12 means the SEC is requesting information. There was news of a board meeting to decide on a merger. The meeting was repeatedly rescheduled and the merger was cancelled. The suspension was never lifted. It was eventually delisted. I can't say it was a scam, but apparently they never met the SEC requirements to relist. I bought $MEOA this year and it got t-12 halted and this was the reason it got delisted. But it seemed $CAUD already was approved for the merger. Before the halt, hopping they meet all requirements and not get delisted!

@Kingtrades41 I was stuck short $MEOA and it halted at $26 and dissolved at $10.70.

$FRBN Spac-alicious. $MEOA $EDTX $GGAA, and $CAUD just the other day. What makes this one different? Wait around and find out... not much! Buying this at $10 is a good trade. Buying at $30? Not so much.

@Kingtrades41 10 days? Unlikely. Check out $MEOA, $EDTX, $GGAA. Same fate likely for $CAUD, long halt followed by redemption around $10 - $11.

$CLDI the reversal redemption of 129,524 shares are a good thing, it would prevent what happen to $MEOA to happen here. Anything under $10.49 is free money in my view.

@jimmy_heaters @bullfirst They had to get the float at a minimum above 100k so they run into issues with Nasdaq. Which reminded me of $MEOA got suspended because the float was too small, which cause the DeSpac to fail, I could have made over $1500 off $MEOA but was out of day trade, was going to get out the next day, but it got suspended after a few halts. I ended with a loss of about $50, six week alter after I got most of my money back from liquidation at the IPO price lol

@Bigwallaby @tprad tprad is right on the money here, OTC listing for $EDTX would be a short seller's dream, rather than potentially waiting until December for an exit. The only reason I can see being long here is to collect a good portion of the borrow fees during a long halt, the odds of this thing trading up if it relists are slim to none. More likely to never unhalt, and just get redeemed around $10 or $11 like $MEOA just did, after going into a T12 halt over $26.
