@worstin yes you're right, they undertook a 40 to 1 reverse stock split, which clearly shows that this stock faced delisting before the rss. It's the same scenario that $OUST $AEVA and $LIDR faced. Each one of these companies haven't really changed their stock value much if you divide their current stock price by whatever reverse stock split multiple they used. Without the rss, for example, Aeva-5, Ouster-10, and Aeye-30 would still cause each one of these companies' stock to be delisted. In some respect I get why Aeva's in this situation because they are in a preproduction stage and burning through millions of cash annually. Even after replacing Luminar with Daimler and Ouster with May Mobility, Aeva hasn't generated any significant revenue YET. However, overall Lidar companies should be concerned because I don't think drivers are going to take their hands off of the steering wheel anytime soon. It will be an iterative process IMHO.
