@Buythehorns, please look at the current loans $JUVAF have.
They are losing 300- 750k ebita per quarter.... and they have a death loan that is likely to get to 40% interest. If I'm Going to invest, I can't have the paragraph above exist.
If they can comeback from the event horizon of financial doom. I will invest in them... but think they already crossed the event horizon.

$JUVAF please ignore my previous hype. This company made $1 million improvement due to not issuing stocks as compensation worth about a million.
This company had a cpa that is banned from doing work that reports to the SEC.
They have missed nearly a full year of quarterly reports.. and about to miss the 2nd annual report in a row. The last bi-weekly report that should still be happening was in July of '24... it's almost October of '24.
I can't invest in a company that is only available to us... because the company hasn't told the public that they are closed. If they do manage to post all the quarterly reports and they get their website and sedar+, sec filings current. AND show ebita profitable with improving pathway to positive net income. Also... they have some insane loans... several 10%-15% loans ... and one 15 million that jumps from 10% to 40% if they default. (That loan will end this company if they default).
For now. STAY AWAY!

$JUVAF so I like this company but I can't invest in this company.
I'm sorry. I'm not confident this company will exist in the next 5 yrs.
Assuming the Lab Research is valuable... they need to start making strains that take advantage of the Research they have already done.. and do more research as there is tons more to get done.
I see this company needing to dilute for at least the next 4 years (easily potentially more years).
At a rate of about 60 million shares or more each time.

If this company can get close to the targeted product production and sales. And
The company is near -1 million net profitably and getting less negative over the last 3 years.
I am bullish .... and I wish you all the best... I hope to be an owner soon.

$JUVAF I’d imagine if Trump wins. The business plan that was created 4 years ago with the natural gas ran facility would be a matter of turning on the lights. It’s been so long since we heard anything about it I was wondering if Doug still owned it? Hell any news would give me a hard on. Where are you Doug? Still holding and probably would still be buying if I could. 😂
