$IVR my MFA is up 40% and IVR down bad. Should I sell my MFA to average down on IVR at this price and then build more for divs. Haven’t touched this one for a while and it’s ugly. @Bigdubs

$SPY $IVR Pigs get slaughtered. Greed and fomo everywhere, bubbling over. When everyone is talking options and casino gambles, and the local newspaper has a ticket for Bitcoin ATH, a rug pull is ok the way. Be fearful amongst all this greed.

$IVR mortgage rates staying high even in the face of a rate cut. This should widen the margin right? Added a couple hundred more yesterday.

$IVR @Bigdubs I’m 27 and first got into IVR when I was a novice in the stock market when I was 22, and just kept accumulating. In reality, do you think I should stay? (Plan is to keep reinvesting dividends for another 20 years) Or should I get out so it doesn’t keep reverse splitting?

$IVR $450m shorting the 10-year treasuries. Let's get that rate cut. Rate goes up when less people buy/there's an increase in sales of bonds. Why is 10-yr yield going up? Are people selling it off because they don't think America will be in a good spot? If that's true, why did markets crush today? 10-year rate going up as people sell these to invest in higher risk investments. Companies want their cash to go full speed ahead under Trump.

$IVR The corrupt and crook management knows exactly when to publish the news of "Redemption of 7.75% Fixed-to-Floating Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock" right on the election day. I have told all of you this stock will again see the 5 dollars with splits and reverse splits doesn't matter!!! I told you not to "reinvest" your dividends since several years ago. I am telling you this stock is only for shorts and corrupt management and their family and friends to earn millions out of your retirement funds. Majority of this fund is owned by "institutions". They suck the life out of you. Save your losses and move on. or if you want to play, short the stock or just buy low and sell near divy days.

$IVR ER was good but updated BV was not. FYI Trump policies will push rates higher IMO lowering this. Note, that tariffs are inherently inflationary. Risk assets would jump but I think long term would do harm here. I am strictly talking economics here.

$IVR Before buying shares each quarter, I look back to steel myself and continue the plan. Way back in July 2022, I had 3668 shares at $36+ per share, and I had $115,000+ in this hole. As of this round, I have 14,000+ shares at $14.94 per share and I'm almost $210,000 in. The APE plan is working, slowly. My next divi will be over $5600, and I'll buy more. Fund your Roth, buy IVR, get tax free divis, keep your 10%, 18%, 24% taxes, and become wealthy slowly.
