$ITP This one has been on my watch list. I really don't like china stocks in general, because they're generally overvalued or have high dilution, but this one checks all of the boxes. It's a good sign that they elected several board of directors. It shows they are active, and I expect more news about the company to follow. Two banks (Cangzhou and ICBC) gave them cheap interest rate loans which is a good sign. I'm sure the banks can do better due diligence than us investors. The only thing that bothers me is they've failed to defend themselves in these lawsuits. The stock is deeply discounted, and now it seems like the company is about to make a push to grow, so I bought in at (0.24) projecting this to go to $16.93.
