$INTZ This is what I'm curious about. 1. Why are you not disclosing the names of the major carriers that signed the $5 million multi-year contract? In the 2023 fourth quarter earnings announcement, it was clearly stated that customer names would be disclosed in the first half of the year. 2. After the cyberattack, why is Rackspace Hosting, Inc, of which Tony Scott is a director, not a Shield customer? 3. The company continues to lower the warrant price, and private equity investors are still not exercising the warrants. How low should warrant prices go?

$INTZ Tony is the Director of Rackspace Hosting, Inc. Is that correct? Does Rackspace Hosting, Inc use Intrusion Inc shield? I was expecting this and purchased stocks. Why hasn't it been realized yet?

$intz -Intrusion Inc., Q4 2023 Earnings Call, Mar 26, 2024- Tony previously mentioned, we were informed by a large Shield customer that they will not be renewing their contract. As a result, loss of the Shield customer has the potential to impact our financial results beginning in the second quarter and to a greater extent, the deals that we anticipate closing during the second will slip into the second half of the year. -Kimberly Pinson-

$intz According to the data I found, in the last public offering, Mr. Raymond Hyer did not purchase warrants even though the warrant price fell. Please let me know if you can find the information. I think warrant prices may fall further. I believe that measures should have been taken to protect the stock price, rather than temporary measures to comply with Nasdaq regulations in order to maintain listing. This is a matter of trust. Now the company's behavior is no different from a typical scam stock. Of course, this stock is clearly oversold. I admit it. The price was ruined due to an unreasonable public offering plan in 2023. Naturally, the plan was eventually canceled and a private offering was conducted, but the stock price did not recover.

$INTZ The warrant price change has caused me to lose confidence in this stock. Accordingly, we believe that the price of the warrants included in this offering may also change in the future. According to published data, it is estimated that about $5 million is still left in the ATM. So I'm still very cautious about purchasing more. As I recall, at the last earnings call, it was announced that the existing contract with a large customer would end in the second quarter of this year. There may be a short-term upward trend, but in the long term, the downward trend is expected to continue unless performance in the second quarter of this year stands out.

$INTZ I may be biased, as I own 2.5% of the free float of this company, but I believe good things are coming. They have a Seasoned CEO who’s buying up a ton of shares, including almost a million dollars worth last week. Insiders own over 60% of the company. Low float, a few contracts have been signed, embarrassingly low market cap and in an industry that is in the news daily (companies are getting hacked left and right). If this company gets a big contract or a few more small to mid contracts, this thing is going to make shareholders very happy from these levels, IMHO. I’m still buying. GLTA.

$INTZ buying another 20k worth. This stock has been a huge disappointment since I jumped in. And admittedly, I’m down a ton. That said, the CEO bought again; Over 60% of the company is owned by insiders; and I believe the CEO’s experience can get more new contracts on lock. Also, the volume has been weird lately. GLTA.

$INTZ Not long ago Tony Scott loaned cash to the company. My guess is his recent stock purchase is to prevent further bloodletting of share price again so soon after 20:1 RS. Less to do with "they know something." GL on the bounce. Longs need meds.
