@DiddyKongRacing @bigft14CM a dollar per share would be real nice, but to put it in perspective, if you buy bned at 5c... And they earn half of a cent per share, that's still a 10% return on your 5c. To do this they'd only need earnings of 9.5 M You don't need a dollar in eps, if you are buying 5c shares.. That would be a crazy good return Another way to look at it, $IMMR has a market cap of 200M....they're buying 50 M of $BNED for 5c per share. Once the deal is done if BNED shares reach 20 cents, the value of IMMRs holdings in BNED would equal their entire market cap.

$IMMR Barnes and Noble Education really got set back by Covid shut downs, and I think that they have an interesting plan for colleges in the fall of 2024. If the plan comes together and is successful, they could really do well, but it seems like a 50/50 chance. They have made in roads at some big colleges including Michigan, Ohio State, and Notre Dame. Interestingly, Fanatics has a deal with them, has loaned them money, and has an equity stake, and BNED received commissions from the sale of Fanatics merchandise through their work. BNED needed a solution for their mounting debt accrued during Covid. It is my understanding that they are packaging materials needed to start college that are available on time so that students have everything they need on day 1 and do not fall behind. Fanatics hired METAs head of Investor Relations in April of 2023 (possibly where IMMR got involved). What if headsets with haptics are part of the future of books? Who knows? Could be big! Still searching!

$IMMR Hope they know what they are doing here. Being a haptics company, I would think they would be investing in similar companies or in more haptics research. However, what do I know, and I can't argue with the success of their of the investments in $HEAR and $UEIC so I trust that they know what they are doing. Tempted to buy some $BNED. I believe HEAR has doubled since they bought it and UEIC is up about 20%...I think the board and officers are smart investors. Investing in tandem with them would have been profitable so far.

$IMMR As I said. Holding company. Now investing in other companies and gaining ownership. Keep that dividend in tact. Keep the licensing deals giving them money. Keep giving us the dividend. Let’s see more of that Meta licensing yearly. Forget about it. Add on bad days. Or very slowly on anything red. Holding Company with no debt and lots of cash. Let’s see
