$GNL Crystal Palace loves GNL... GNL has literally transformed itself into a leaner, meaner diversified REIT... Merging with RTL, losing the external manager, and trimming the yield have resulted in a deeeeeeeply undervalued operator... GNL E/AFFO ratio is below 6x, while the rest of the net lease sub index is trading at +12x... That's 100% upside just to trade in-line with its peers... GNL is still able to raise rents and their average lease term remaining is a solid 6.8 years... Add to all this the fact that GNL is only rolling 7% of its debt this year and 13% next year, and you can see that GNL has plenty of room for rates to fall before it has to start refinancing the overwhelming vast majority (80%) of its debt... This is where you get long and start climbing that wall of worry....

$GNL Probably the most undervalued REIT on earth here... GNL has cast down the gauntlet with a complete financial structure transformation, which will deliver substantial shareholder value going forward... Now is the time to get long and climb that wall of worry... While securing a terrific yield... Worth every penny of $11...

$GNL Can someone please tell me what happened here today...? I evidently lack the ability to read a stock chart and see that GNL continues to trend higher... I also evidently lack the ability to check the usual stock news websites for new developments... Like this one...

$GNL So they released preferred last week, and I'm too lazy to look at the literal dozens of sources on the internet for the dividend release info, so I decided to post a question about it here in ST in the desperate hope someone would pay attention to my mindless posts... Really...???

$GNL Evidently CrazyLoser lacks the ability to read a chart and otherwise analyze a stock... It's clear that GNL has formed a base and is now moving higher... WTF is this loser's malfunction...? CrazyLoser needs a helmet and a bid here... So much mindless drool... I'd have to say that this loser is probably the best contrarian indicator for GNL... What a loser...

$GNL I'm not sure where CrazyLoser is getting it's investing due-dil information, but the only thing done here is CrazyLoser's ST street cred... If anything, GNL is just getting started on what will prove to be a massive multi-year run... All while paying a massive secure yield... Sorry CrazyLoser, but that call will likely prove to be the worst f------ stock call in human history... Ouch...

$GNL The shorts are looking incredibly desperate and pathetic here after their delusional tape painting on Friday after the close... 233K shares traded after market at or above the closing price... Then a couple of short losers managed to push through a final trade of 4 shares at $7.35... Who do these losers think they're fooling with these pitiful acts of desperation... Wow...

$GNL The C-Re doom and gloom that has been dogging C-Re stocks is almost entirely misapplied to GNL, which is a net leaser with high quality tenants in more stables markets... Location and structure matters...

$GNL Yesterday's recovery on double the normal volume was very positive, and shows that institutions continue to build their positions as the weaker hot-money players look for quick trades... It looks like the hot money has been nearly fully flushed out here, so GNL can resume its recovery with a more stable base of shareholders...

$GNL The market is basically providing an unwarranted discount here despite the fact that GNL is only rolling 7% of its debt book this year, and only 13% next year... The reality of a slower rate cut trajectory is not a material consideration here for GNL... But I'll gladly take more deeeeep cheeeeap shares...
