$FPAY I'm in. Still in on $KPLT as well, but thanks to lawsuit took a look at $FPAY and fundamentals look really promising going forward. I don't think the infringement claim is going to hold up but if it does, for those investing in this space, $FPAY looks like a good option to hedge. We will know more on 12/13. Regardless of the result, long term, I'm bullish for both, which are trading at a market cap around or below quarterly revenue.

$FPAY While I appreciate the recent price movements, it's essential for us to see a clear and sustained breakout accompanied by significant trading volume to offset the new shares. Historical trends show that we've been trading within this range for quite some time. When is the last time volume was a million? From my perspective, I'd like to see two consecutive quarters of profitability alongside a reduction in both debt and interest expenses. Sadly it’s been since 2021 that we last crossed the $3 mark and it's crucial for us to not only regain that level but also to establish a new long-term baseline above it considering recent developments. Once we achieve that, I’ll be more likely to embrace a positive investment outlook with the debt man behind the wheel. I'm also looking forward to December when we can hear from the patent defendants—I'm sure their responses will provide us with important insights! For the wondering eyes, no we haven’t sold a share.

$FPAY another profitable EPS expected for next quarter and they are known to beat by a bundle on EPS, and revenue is expected to be at the highest for 4Q, when they beat, they beat big, and when they miss, it’s by a little. A company that can be trusted with growing revenue and EPS, trading at only $1.50. This is a company where you may be able to see 100 percent return in 3-6 months potentially. I’ll keep adding at $1.50 and on the dips.
