About FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOC

Federal National Mortgage Association provides financing solutions for mortgages in the United States. It operates through two segments, Single-Family and Multifamily. The Single-Family segment securitizes and purchases single-family fixed-rate or adjustable-rate, first-lien mortgage loans, or mortgage-related securities backed by these loans; and loans that are insured by Federal Housing Administration, loans guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs and Rural Development Housing and Community Facilities Program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, manufactured housing mortgage loans, and other mortgage-related securities. The Multifamily segment securitizes multifamily mortgage loans into Fannie Mae mortgage backed securities (MBS); purchases multifamily mortgage loans; and provides credit enhancement for bonds issued by state and local housing finance authorities to finance multifamily housing. This segment also issues structured MBS backed by Fannie Mae multifamily MBS; buys and sells multifamily agency mortgage-backed securities; and invests in low-income housing tax credit multifamily projects. Federal National Mortgage Association was founded in 1938 and is based in Washington, the District of Columbia.

$FNMA To me, F & F is Gov’t Pork. I don’t know if they’ll ever let it go. As Guido has said, they have twice the employees of just a few years ago…think Gov’t grift for the connected..and they use the Corp. to funnel money to their buddies..think CRT and Doma Title. Sandra named FHFA head over Mike Calhoun…. Will Justice ever return?

$FNMA Will F&F exit conservatorship to restore shareholder contract due to the legal case in DC? Quote "FHFA violated by breaching the implied terms of their contracts with shareholders, when FHFA changed the terms of a stock purchase agreement to transfer the mortgage financing institutions’ profits to the U.S. treasury. Therefore if defendants settle about $800 million dollars with shareholders without exiting conservatorship then the violations are still violated . It won't resolve the case according to Fannie and Freddie spspa class action. Therefore right now, exit conservatorship is now a must.

$RMRDF $FNMA $FMCC These are fantastic companies to own now ! The best idea for 2024 is RMRDF, a gold exploration company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mining properties in Canada🇨🇦 . Strongly believe this is in a unique position that total known gold reserves are extremely unappreciated as the amount available to dig out is worth more 20x it’s Market cap. My guess over time the price will catch up to the reserves or their get bought out by a bigger player like $AEM or $NEM. Some other unique companies to add now are FMCC / FMCC as eventually conservatorship will end and the common shares will be worth much more than today. I believe that RMRDF will be $2 to $3 by EOY 2025 and FNMA & FMCC between $18 to $24.

$FMCC $FNMA Exiting conservatorship is inevitable, not a matter of uncertainty. There's clarity on this matter. Sandra L. Thompson's written testimony: "FHFA will further develop these efforts to uphold the sustainability and longevity of these reforms post-conservatorship."

@KWBALGO who says it’s a strategy? I’m just telling the facts. It’s actually called DD. Since you don’t know the difference you’re the one who just proved in one post that you shouldn’t be doing your own trading. I bought DWAC when it was in the 9’s and sold it at 78. I won’t buy this until it goes below 18. Biden’s SEC will make sure it goes below that or possibly single digits to use as a campaign prop. In some cases politics is the #1 reason that drives Stock price. Just look at $FNMA / $FMCC
