The company was formerly known as Focus Metals Inc. and changed its name to Focus Graphite Inc. in May 2012. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Kingston, Canada.

$FCSMF they did say that they are looking for equity financing and people are looking to buy them out all the time the reason why they do not accept is because they don’t share the same goals. Last night they had a meeting talking about a company wanting to buy them out. All / most of them want to raise lac knife pole and promote it but might not actually do the work (Esia study) and just promote and milk investors as much as they can. (Focus could well be doing the same thing haha) they came close to signing but couldn’t get them to commit on paper future of company ? I forgot the reasoning
