$bcsf with an outstanding quarter. Surprisingly no supplemental raise but still very sold. I've digested a lot from them. Made some solid cash. Moved into reits that are beat up. Mostly $dx and $efc. Efc announcement soon.

Another fucking day of disconnect between reits and overall market. Getting so frustrated. I could have been a fucking millionaire by now if I never got into reits and preferreds. With $dx increase I'll add $25/month in income. New high of $49,138 And a #newPortfolioHigh of $581,436 I have dogged on $dx for 2 yrs to reward shareholder... If only half a cent. Dx and $nymt are my original divi payers... I'm up very well now.
