$DFS $DJI $QQQ - Discover customers are receiving letters that Discover may go into receivership. Defintion: Receivership is a legal process where a court appoints an independent party to take control of a company's assets when the company is unable to meet its financial obligations. The CapitalOne acquisition hasn’t been finalized and done yet. I wonder if Discover is having some sort of solvency issues?
