$DFLI Still feel this is an over-reaction. The company does not have to dilute. Therefore, the opportunity for shareholders is the same as it was three days ago except for now we have a 30% discount. The float will be at 7MM after the split which is low. Therefore, upward mobility could be strong with any positive news.

(Datacenter AI can use 10% 15% of world power)

$DFLI In regards to your post before this building, different portions of dragonfly were in different locations. Dragonfly has already moved into this building and is currently working out of there now they have all facets of the company under one roof or that is the goal soon. Hope that helps.

$DFLI I've been invested for a while now. I really don't see how this type of priority is in my best interest as an investor, in fact I see it as quite the opposite. Very sad.... I had high hopes for this company. I think this statement has forced my hand for my money. GLTA!

$DFLI A reasonable business model, multiple new revenue verticals, low float, only 7MM shares after reverse split. 100MM Credit.No need to dilute. Tariffs on Chinese batteries. They are probably planning PR after the RS. This stock could dance in the upcoming weeks, but certainly a great chance going into 2025.
