$CYXTQ Sitting on roughly $750m in cash, significantly reduced liabilities, maybe $800m in NOLs, a handful of bk-remote international operations, and will be issuing New Common Stock that Brookfield is obligated to purchase to take the company private. Bullish AF 🚀🚀🚀

$CYXTQ This will be a very interesting thing. Just after publishing SHAREHOLDER ALERT, I suddenly found a piece of content on Google that was published a day ago, but when I went in and saw that it was published on February 22, 2021, this is really interesting. , it seems that there is hope for Cyxtera's common shareholders this time.

$CYXTQ On February 14, the SEC issued a 13G/A document of Lumen Technologies. Today I saw the Withdrawal of Claims for CenturyLink Communications, LLC, Lumen Technologies UK Limited, and Lumen Technologies Hong Kong Limited re: Claim Nos. 260, on the KCC. 263, 268, 283, and 335 (Filed by Lumen), this is really interesting.

$CYXTQ I called my brokerage today, and the clear answer they gave me was that this stock is currently determined to be delisted and bankrupt without compensation. If the legal proceedings are subsequently concluded, there will be additional compensation or potential compensation. We will still get that, although the stock data no longer exists, the equity still exists, provided there is compensation!

$CYXTQ Regardless of Cyxtera's industry status or popularity, it is a data center operating company with a certain degree of influence. However, during the bankruptcy reorganization plan, it sold most of its so-called assets for only US$775 million, and then owned more than 40 Cyxtera, which has a global data center, only sold 7 to Brookfield, which is almost the entire value of the asset! It’s really unbelievable. However, this happened nakedly, and it was supported by the bankruptcy court and regulatory authorities. The original major investment shareholders, management team, and private equity funds did not put up any resistance and transferred such a well-known and well-known company to the company. A company with huge industry value and status was classified as a privatized subsidiary of Brookfield. The most ridiculous thing is that it was merged into Evoque, a humble data center owned by Brookfield. This logic and operation are really unbelievable.

$CYXTQ Brookfield's procedure for acquiring Cyxtera was to first acquire its assets, which then resulted in Cyxtera's actual market value no longer having a higher value. After Cyxtera received US$775 million, it needed to repay its debt. Then due to debt reasons and acquisition plans, Cyxtera no longer has the status of a listed company. conditions, so the stock issuance was successfully canceled, and then due to the acquisition of Brookfield, the company merged with Evoque to become a privatized subsidiary.

$CYXTQ Why are people asking strangers for answers instead of looking for it yourself. We live in a whole were you can go on a "smart" refrigerator and look up what's the weather like in China tomorrow. FIND THE ANSWER ON YOUR OWN AND EXCEPT WHAT ANSWER YOU FIND. Also, if you don't trust someone's answer why would you trust their explanation. I mean, why are you posting this? A lost is a lost and a win is a win, so do either gracefully and add some jokes about it. Love always, Your Father

$CYXTQ @hahakayan @Bat_shtt_crazy so you are telling me that ELON MUSK can legally just file for bankruptcy sell his Tesla company to his brother and cancel all the $TSLA shares and screw up all his investors??? Are you freaking kidding me??? What is the point of investing your hard earned money into the stock market then? this is illegal!!!
