$CYAP approved and authorized an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to change the Company’s corporate name to “Leopard Energy, Inc.” (the “Name Change Amendment”). The change in the Company’s corporate name will become effective upon the filing of the Name Change Amendment with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, which will not be less than twenty (20) days after the mailing of this Notice and the accompanying Information Statement to stockholders.

$CYAP on the website they have a slight update. He said they will be changing the name soon. Also they are very interested in the US oil and gas wells and fields. We have a simple but expensive oil and gas industry. From personal experience I know every existing well nation wide has its yearly production and other well data on state government websites. Also if we can get a potential of money they are initially starting with it wouldn’t be hard to see what field or well package they are setting their sights on.

$CYAP Zenith Energy buys US-listed company to use as acquisition vehicle (Alliance News) - Zenith Energy on Tuesday said it has acquired Cyber Apps World Inc via a securities purchase agreement with Janbella Group LLC. The Calgary, Canada-based energy company with production, exploration and development assets in Africa and Europe, said it bought 100,000 series A preferred shares representing 99.9% of Cyber Apps' total voting rights, for USD398,319 in cash. Zenith said it will rename the newly acquired company and appoint a new board of directors. Zenith will use the company to acquire energy production and development opportunities in the US. Cyber Apps is an e-commerce internet platform and software developer, and is listed on the US OTC Market's Pink Open Market. Zenith said it intends to "exit" Cyber Apps' software development activity at "the appropriate time".

Yeah, this all checks out. It's not verified in WRITING Zenith will invest in CYAP ... just in useless words, so a share price of $0.135 makes perfect sense to me. Probably somewhat overvalued. I'll wait until it gets to at LEAST $0.001 to hop in. This isn't worth an MC over $1,273 anyway ... not with all those shares! $1.27m?! Yikes! That's a 1-50 split - at least - on the horizon. Slightly over 25k shares would be MUCH more rational.
Think about it - If CYAP was worth more than $1,273, why would Zenith pay $400k for the acquisition? Hmm? Didn't think of THAT, did you?
