@RabbitM very simple, $GEO gets $27 a day per each gps bracelet that $CXW so not have and if you are going to deport people by the million you need to first go through a legal process and that's the best way to know where they are while you send them back. Great company but $GEO is much better plus they have more facilities to expand at a faster pace.
