$CTRM Day 2 of Bearish Divergence on the MACD with a Death Cross that printed on 04/22/2024. Yesterday's candlestick was a Bearish spinning top with very long wicks, setting a new low Bearish MSL of $3.03.
Today's closing price is now lower than the open price after the R/S on 03/27/2024 of $3.29. The post split pump may be over already.
Several bull traps printed over the last few sessions as you can see the Highs of the day were near the EMA but could not pass the EMA into Bullish territory and did not close above the EMA.
Closing below the Bollinger band is another Bearish indicator. Today's CP of $3.28 is below today's bottom Bollinger band of $3.33 or my blue horizontal line.
The lowest price ever printed for $CTRM was $2.85 on 11/13/2023. Be very cautious here as we are just 1 bad day away from setting a new low.

$CTRM desastre...pero estos niveles...30mm de capitalización. Sblk en 24, son 98mm$ con plusvalías latentes. En 1T entrada en caja 80mm$ por venta buques con plusvalia de 20mm$. A nivel comercial similar a 4t (fue bueno). La caja que tiene que tener ahora es de 170mm....bajo deuda por venta de buques y los 10mm que incremento sblk. Además ahora castor recompra warrants emitidos a 55, gastará sobre 1mm. No veo más dilucion ya que con esa caja no es necesario. Esperar hasta agosto y que entre toro. Luego veremos.

$CTRM if Petros wanted to use this float and all the liquidity it has, it could send the price above $20 in a few hours. The cash purchase operation of the warrants that he is carrying out means cleansing the company of toxic finance and any form of dilution. I am even more convinced that behind it there is either a sale of castor or a merge at a given value which is certainly not $3.3, time will tell. Petros is a scoundrel but he is not an idiot

$CTRM Today's low of $3.03 is the lowest low set since the R/S on 03/27/2024.
If the SP falls below $2.85 it will have set a new all time low. This stock is flirting with a falling knife.
If the SP continues to fall Petros will use the remaining 1:10 from his aggregate of 1:100, that he approved, to cure the next SEC $1.00 bid rule deficiency.
If the SP were to rise, he would dilute your shares with new ones that he issues in the form of an offering.
Either way you go, Petros has you behind a force multiplier that the majority of you do not understand.
This is why retail investors have a 90% fail rate in the stock market.

$CTRM Lo que tenía que hacer SBLK es opa a castor a 10/15$.... se haría con 95mm de autocartera suyas y 130MM de caja de castor...ganaría dinero...y 12 buques graneleros...pero esto también lo puede hacer DAC( danaos coproacion) tiene participación en SBLK y así crece, siendo gratis...o otro armador griego que quiera entrar. Es una compra gratis con activos de castor...aun pagando 15$ por acción. Solo el dinero en caja y autocartera lo pagan y sobra dinero. Curioso.
