$CRESY The company just released its H2/23 (6 months ending 12/31/23) results: All in billion ARS, current # (year-ago #) Main Income: 122.2 (59.9, up 104% Other Income: 138.3 (-8.1, up 1,807%) Net Income: 260.5 (51.8, up 402%) Please keep in mind that CRESY's prime farm land has suffered from drought in the past two seasons and not completely recovered yet. These are truly stellar results accomplished without the tail winds of Milei. Don't forget the company is also paying a cash dividends of about 4% plus share dividends in both CRESY and IRS (Irsa Inversiones Y R ADR, listed on NYSE). Also keep in mind that the Milei tail-winds will kick in this year, whose policies should favor private companies like CRESY more than significantly. I stick to my prediction that we will see SP of CRESY ADS reaches $20 soon.
