$BZAMF so if I understand the process here we get a stalking horse bid as soon as Friday from one of their creditors. Market cap is 11 million. Sales are 60 million. Debt is 85 million. Cash is $5 million. There is some value here to be had but I’m not an accountant. Let’s for sake of discussion say the stalking horse bid is ten cents per share. Is that realistic with the debt? Anyone have some thoughts? I’m sitting on 200,000 shares and about a $50k loss. I should have added more than 50,000 more shares at a penny. Oh well. Sucks to be me but I would gladly take anything here that helps me recover a portion of this loss. Beats bankruptcy. Thoughts?
