$BLILF it's taking too long, over 3 months to settle the aquestion of BLILF, and no answers to what is coming next. The sahres/money was distributed to whatever broker you have, mine is TDameritrade, and don't have an answer.

$BLILF thats what i got today from Computershare "TD Ameritrade was paid its cash consideration and was provided its Lithium Power International Inc. share consideration". Td Ameritrade has no idea what's going on.

$BLILF Talked to my broker today. My Canadian held stocks cannot be traded. They are now going to be listed on the otc in the next 3 days. I had to set up an new account for this. This has been nothing but a loss since LPI took over.

$BLILF *** SHARES CONVERSION DELAYS – UPDATE *** Computershare, the former transfer agent of Bearing, has said that this is a custodian issue and ultimately your broker/custodian is responsible for completing the necessary paperwork for your shares to be exchanged. If your shares were held in OTC then the shares are most likely held by a DTC participant. Issuer Sponsored Statements were mailed to all DTC Participants for their positions as at the effective time of the arrangement between Bearing LPI.

$BLILF as I said before, management's of BLILF screwed the share holders. I had about 32900 shares of BLILF, price .1945c. The company was sold and share holders got .70 percent as a compensation of the acquired company. Now I have about 22592 shares of the new company with a price of .1945, about 10000 shares less and 2000 dollars less. You would think it's a good thing when a comany is acquired by another. Crooked management.

$BLILF it seems somewhat confusing. Today I see in my account 22592 shares of this symbol, OFG991018, with a price of .01948c. Almost half of the amount of my holding of BLILF. Not sure what's going on.

$BLILF it looks like the stock holders of this stock will be screwed. BLILF holders will get .70 percent of LPI stock that's being traded in Australia. LPI today closed at .50 Australian dollar that is equal to .225 American dollar, (0.225c). Its not a good return for long investors. A week ago LPI was traded at .65, maybe someone is manipulating the price of LPI so BLILF investors gets much less money. 🤔
