@Kitstocks ohhh in that case they will drop it to so low (e.g. 0.1 or 0.2 n they buy all back at 0.3 or 0.25). $BLCT - look history. They took it down to 1.3 from 20! N bought all shares at 1.55 ish (earlier they said 1.8).

@Bazzer99 Luckin coffee had other issues (falsifying data). N I made some money too before it went OTC. But when a company don’t think it can get public money (esp China one) they go private but not before manipulating its price in both directions (e.g. $BLCT)

@istanbulut $BLCT. They first pumped 9—>20. Then shorted till 1.1! Then got back all shares at 1.6 (though earlier they said 1.86). We couldn’t do anything!! China scam!

$BON huge volume but no movement isn’t good with China stocks! It happened with $BLCT before going private. Hope it doesn’t tank to lower .2 now!

@ScalpChief I think they are having an issue with raising money. Their offering was not sold (the main reason companies go public). The are very undervalued if their accounting practices are good. The best way possible for them is to go private. But these Chinese companies short their own shares (back-door shorting) and adopt other tricks to bring down stock price. Look at the $BLCT

@Boiler6 I am not discussing the rules of offering n how it is done, but the fact that offerings generally have negative impact on price (short-term). China factor means not the client base but the fact that China has different standards/regulations as @EquityArbitrage was mentioning. In past I have seen some small cap Chinese companies e.g. $BLCT (undervalued market cap) going private but not before shorting them heavily to take all retails out and give only Pennies to those investors who didn’t sell.
