$BKTPF Cruz Battery Metals have announced the Spin-out record date is December 23rd. In my opinion, you should own this by Thursday. With Cruz below 0.025, you will receive one share for ten of the new company. The new company as part of the listing has a placement at 0.03. That means the free share is already above the price of Cruz before any work is done. Goal is to make money and this will make money even if Cruz drops in value from here. Cruz also still has a million dollars in the bank and is expected to drill more on Solar or another project in the new year. If you have a couple months, you will make money on both the free shares and Cruz.

$BKTPF Today is the last day to take advantage of the Spin Out shares from CRUZ Battery Metals. You have to be a shareholder on record which meant with settlement time being T+1 in North America you need to own CRUZ today. Spin out is 1 share for 10 and you keep all of your Cruz shares. This is free stock. I spoke to the company this morning and they still have lots of cash in the bank for CRUZ and are looking at opportunities to take on additional projects to generate share value for share holders. The new company, Makenita, will be able to access new areas on the Hector project which is being spun into the new company due to clear cutting opening up new areas that were not previously accessible. Should be a win win but you only have today to make a decision. I was told the new shares will appear in my account when everything is settled which should be early 2025.

$BKTPF Good Morning Traders... Cruz has been talking about this for over a month, record date is now set. CRUZ is the top volume on the CSE today up 22% so far. This should keep moving until the the record date. Not a lot of stock on the offer before 9.5c on the CSE. Right now, you can get free shares of another company or just take the short term trade and take some profits if you don't want the new Pubco.

$BKTPF This is the start of Cruz's news flow for the season it seems. Up next should be work starting up on the Solar Lithium project. At current price it is still very cheap compared to where it will be in a couple month when the work and news flow gets going. This is a trade, make some gains and take profit. It is my plan.

$BKTPF Not a lot of people following this right now but if you are looking for a time to buy, at the current price you should consider it. Company has several phases of drilling complete on the Solar lithium project with the next phase and the maiden resource estimate all expected sometime this year. Company would not give a date as they wanted to already have the program completed but first half of 2024 seems safe. Regardless of when, as the news and work starts this will trade better and if you are in around the current price you will make money IMO. Bought more this morning. Now have 200k Shares. Expect an easy 2-3x here.
