$BATL Sold out ofr a 14% loss, I should have know better to buy a 50% drop stock without any news. It pissed me off that the the insders dumped shares even before the news was annouced. I doubt that the merger was even true and it was only created to cheat reailers out of their money

$BATL The Naked short are dumping shares to get the price down. Most of the time the short show up you are screwed because everyone knows it will go much lower, in this situation I think the insider are using the Naked short mechanism was used to dump naked short to kill the price. If you look at the chart the Naked short percentages are very high, but it all on small volume which means to me that the naked shorts are simply trying to get the stock down so someone can buy the share cheaper. The Naked shorts have limited rick and no reason not to short if they are in bed with the insider because they can cover into the merger for the merger price because at the worst case they will sell and lose some money and cover at the merger price. But the insider using the Naked short mechanism can get the shares for cheaper and make money then the money the Naked short accounts are losing. The total volume for Naked short in the last 12 day is 235,342k. Hardly no naked shortsand down 50%
