@CoachellaValley - thanks. I can’t argue with that. It worries me that this time last year Zee was very vocal and has now seemed to disappear off the face of the earth. Avl investors really needed someone like him who could provided some form of transparency. It’s all gone a bit ‘cloak and dagger’ - barely any investor relations going on. I hope this isn’t the leadership team dipping their snouts in the trough, extracting as much personal gain at the expense of shareholders. I feel I have to draw a line in the sand as this period of inaction and as you say no ‘pulse’ in share price to indicate anything coming through in the short term, makes me feel there are other opportunities to jump on and whilst I might miss the first jump with $AVLNF IF a deal happens, the lack of overall interest in the company will mean I could still get back in with a fair bit of upside to come.

$AVL.TSX $AVLNF A new month and it is still so very quiet. I’ve outlined my theory before that it might be that the bigger partner (ie Metso) is thrashing out a deal with main player (ie Honda) and that we may hear something from Avalon once agreements are in place. However I could be way off track and I would appreciate what other people are thinking. Some of my other stock holdings are starting to rise and the frustration with Avalon has always been the opportunity cost of locking 70% of my portfolio into Avl and believing news is just around the corner versus diversifying my holdings a little more. It would be good to hear diversity of opinion, for better or worse. Thanks.

$AVL.TSX $AVLNF $AVL $43 Billon invested in Ontario for battery plants and vehicles in total. Avalon is supposed to be a supplier of battery grade lithium. But share price has been steadily falling since August 2023. Please sit and think about that for a minute. Don't connect dots. Don't reach into the abyss of self soothing hope. I lied to myself for far too long. The "new" management team has not increased share price to a sustainable level. That's not their only job but is part of their job. WHERE'S THE TREMENDOUS VALUE?????????????????????????????????????

$AVLNF I thought we were a mining company; not a company that builds batteries..so I don’t realize any concerns.. in fact an established battery company located in Ontario needs to obtain Li from somewhere , refined Li; That’s where our focus is. I see it as a positive move.

During the Quarter, the Company completed a non-brokered private placement of 4,250,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $425,000 (the “2024 Private Placement”). Each unit was comprised of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 for a period of 36 months from closing, or, if the closing price of the Common Shares, or the principal stock exchange on which such Common Shares are trading if not the TSX, is $0.30 or higher for a period of twenty (20) consecutive trading days, the Company may, by notice to the Holder (supplemented by a news release of general dissemination) reduce the Expiry Date to not less than 30 days from the date of such notice (the “Accelerated Expiry Date”)
