$APDN i ve been out now with a significant loss at both 82 and .65. the reverse split is not a surprise. Nor is the imminent raise/ dilution. How Hayward keeps collecting a salary is the real mystery here.

$APDN As an astute investor all you ever had to do was make one call to IR, and talk with Sanjay. After 5 minutes of listening to this idiot (he grew up on a moron farm), who only gets a paycheck from us losing money and them raising it, one would know how this was a sell back in the covid days.. If one thinks they will issue shares after the split around $6.00 go ahead and drop another 50%. I doubt it holds $2 to be honest. Learn to know when you are the prey. The lesson is a hard one, know your money is completely lost with guys like Sanjay and Jamesy coughy cough. Total and complete parasitic scumbags.

$APDN I’m tempted to buy a few shares for a « quickie » at current price as the delisting risk is over for now. With the new price of $6 we have some time left. the remaining problem is dilution, as the company will surely issue new shares.
