$AMYZF those payouts to mgt are accrued so they simply do not pay out but transfer via shares to mgt and keep diluting the company...accounting entries..however the actual cash was stripped out awhile ago at the 50 cent level and this is a floating turd in heavy waters since. The only thing they have going for them is another company buying them out and using their losses and reducing their own gains. Usually companies pay by giving their shares so fk it we done! no regulatory body to account to so who cares!

$AMYZF Can someone explain why they gave themselves pay hikes for accomplishing nothing this year. Shaheem making almost $40000.00 more? $182217.00 for doing what? Don't ask questions and keep your mouth shut. Zarko making $151247.00 for 2024? He quit in Feb or Mar? Paul Hildebrand $27000.00 for doing what? a nice $15000.00 raise from the year before. No one on the board of directors can be proud of what the company has done this year. Maybe they and their families have done eaten well at the trough but the rest of us have not. Time for a house cleaning

$AMYZF Trump news today, They are getting rid of wind turbines and re-evaluating all DOE loans made through IRA to see if they meet the new administration requirements. I am glad Recyclico does not have any DOE loans or they would probably get knocked off like other Canadian recyclers

$AMYZF Sunday note: I still feels so unprofessional and even unreliable that the communication with howestreet stopped and the promised weekly coffees were stopped after 2 recordings. The voice of Tony was chosen to start the communication again after Zarko left and we stopped hearing from him too. Only news was an interview at a little stand which could have been on a school market or second hand fare.
