$ALCC Two more things, and I'll finish, that I also don't like about this prospective investment. 1) The previously invested money is meager; I can't find any significant funding rounds, and the few there are come from government grants ($4M). Imagine investing so little and suddenly having $920 million out of nowhere ($860 million plus $60 million after the first day of trading if it surpasses $10). 2) There's no financial roadmap; they've completely omitted it. When this happens, it means things will take a long time to become profitable, and this tells you there will be huge dilution rounds. The only good thing about this investment is Altman's halo and that the technology has a future. But beyond potential hypes, I fear there will be tension between Altman's influence and the market trying to put an objective price. All these things I don't like seem to be "compensated" by Altman interest and the increasing need for electrical resources due to the AI paradigm

$ALCC Another sign of fear, not only are the -$200 million dollars that Sam Altman has subtracted from the company's future cash, but he has also radically changed the way of providing information about the transaction, to a completely twisted way and with information that you must obtain by reading the fine print. The second way of offering information to investors is usually chosen when you don't want to announce the resulting market cap, and other data that doesn't match with what was said before (now it will come out with a market cap of $1.2B, while the competitors that he claimed to outperform have a market cap of $0.4B and around $1B in the case of NetPower due to the recent rally). When you go with fear, and hiding information, it's a bad sign

$ALCC Sam Altman is deceiving here with NuScale's market cap. He's considering Class B shares without economic value within the market cap, and he's doing it to come out ahead in the comparison. But no, NuScale reached a high of about $1.2B and is worth $0.4B today. I've seen these attempts to deceive investors before.

$ALCC Like Sam Altman but this could be a long uphill battle getting through regulations. Good article below from November on NuScale and Oklo. Advanced Nuclear Energy Is In Trouble Quote from article but recommend reading in full. "Without a regulatory environment that rewards rather than penalizes innovation and allows nuclear developers sufficient flexibility to develop and manage supply chains cost-effectively, electricity markets that value firm low-carbon generation and commercialization policies that provide nuclear developers enough certainty to build out production capacity and supply chains sufficiently to achieve real technological learning, there is no reason to believe that advanced nuclear has much of a future in the coming decades." https://thebreakthrough.org/blog/advanced-nuclear-energy-is-in-trouble

$ALCC Slow grind upwards.

User Image StockAdvocate Posted - 1 day ago

$ALCC I agree that's a lot of potential here. Does anybody know the exact merger date?

User Image ThinkYouCan Posted - 2 days ago

$ALCC Potential here, but people would rather buy into a 7.8 billion market cap stock that lost 49m and has 3.4m in revenue... cause Trump is in the name.

$NVDA $ARM $RDDT Everyone is talking about The chip sector but San Altman is ahead of the game know that Ai requires data center and data center requires massive amount of electricity hence invested at $ALCC, Sam Altman Spac.

$NVDA $ALCC Sam Altman play No one is talking about this yet.

User Image goodupsidestockfinder Posted - 2 days ago

$ALCC Forget the fundamentals and valuation at the moment. Today’s trade is all about AI. Anything with a linkage to bog names like Nvidia at open AI, its a buy. The run up of RDDT and ALAB tells you fundamental based trading is of no importance now a days. It’s a trading evolution that every trader must adapt. Im not saying “totally forget” the fundamentals but for short term trade, just go with the hype. Play the hype.

$ALCC terms of the financing have been lowered $200M, this reduces the pre-money value, but raises serious doubts. On the other hand, I've been researching how much money Oklo has invested in the development of its technology, and it's meager, barely 17 million in government grants mainly. In other words, they haven't been able to attract money from private investors. My legitimate questions are: How is it possible for a company that has invested so little to lead such a complex energy market? How is it possible that with such a small investment they self-value themselves at a pre-money of 850 million dollars? It's obvious that they're leveraging Saltman's image to inflate their accounts and accelerate the business. A hype is highly likely, but not without risks. This company has invested very little money and wants to emerge almost like a unicorn. opinions?

$ALCC hello! new fan, what do you think about this?

User Image goodupsidestockfinder Posted - 2 days ago

$ALCC AI requires massive data center and data center requires massive amount of energy and Sam Altman already predicted that nuclear power is to where to go

User Image AbuJunayd Posted - 3 days ago

$ALCC Question for the speculators Why would an Sam Altman go into energy coming from an entire different sector and what purpose will AI fill in that energy sector Just an add... Michael klein is a deal maker for company's of the elites so I am pretty sure it's going somewhere I'm just setting first steps to understand the stock post spac

Did you know Sam Altman and Michael Klein (best known for $CCIV, which took $LCID public in 2021) co-founded a SPAC? $ALCC is set to merge with Oklo in Q2 #AI #Energy

User Image HeyHeyHey9 Posted - 1 week ago

$SMR the clear sympathy play here is $ALCC. Sam Altman’s SPAC, Sam Altman chair, NAV protected at 10.5, no warrant overhang like SMR

User Image HeyHeyHey9 Posted - 1 week ago

$SMR this is sooooo bullish for $ALCC. $ALCC cheaper valuation, Sam Altman is the chair, no warrant overhang, options available, and NAV protected at 10.5

"Power" has become the next theme in "AI" that everyone's eyes are on. I have to believe when the Oklo merger closes $ALCC will be the one name to watch. Sam Altman's solution to keeping the lights on at datacenters.
