$AHI wow, looking back over the past few years of announcments. These guys halt their own stock and voluntary suspend it all the time. Is this a common asx thing or is it just this company? They also have a history of not lodging finacials on time and falling into forced suspension.

$AHI No lodging, no surprise. I am not a gme invester, but like many others I watch the action after the saga. It is actually very interesting right now. The massive put option with $10 strike. The price has been driven down to it with a huge build-up of fail to delivers (of the likes not seen for a long time) Max pain at something like 12.50ish. I bet that strikes 10 and bounces hard.

$AHI The only reason I ask the question below is I am spoting strange behavour with the available shares to borrow. There is at any time 100k shares to borrow, but almost every day it drops by 35k to 55k shares and then returns to 100k in about half an hour (always at about the same time of day) This has been happening every day for the last 2.5 months even with the stock suspended. This needs more eyes and answers. At first I thought that it is just a short seller getting ready each day and then when it doesnt trade that person returns the shares. But could something more be going on. Off exchange stuff.

$AHI question for the smarts out there. Can a company under any circumstance issue new shares and not have to disclose? Like perhaps under a certain amount of shares or dollar value then they dont need to disclose that they did?

$AHI This is actually the second time they have extended this for changlin. Yes it is still a positive ongoing thing, but its not the funding news we have been waiting on. By extending it to June, it may indicate they see no problem making it to June. And they still have to lodge financials. However, he did say they are preparing to start trading again.

$AHI June 30th 2024 Changling must fulfill $10 million payment to AHI for agreement to be effective. Ahi has 8.7 million shares outstanding. 25% of gross rev.will be our yearly take after completion of deal. Looks FANTASTIC if completed. Stock at $1.50 with potential $1.10 pet share in cash is real nice.

$AHI I think I figured out what might be going on here. They halted and then went into voluntary suspention on Jan 31/Feb 1. Now if you check out the picture of the sign Scott posted on x from the microcap conference in Atlantic City, it says wild wild west after party Jan 31 and also free roll poker tournament Feb 1. So MAYBE they got hammered wild west style and said "dude, we have to halt trades on the company" why? "Cause I'm going to bet the company on a good hand at poker". Now they have spent over two months trying to figure out how to tell us what they did.

$AHI They got an extention to meet nasdaq requirments by May 6. With all this delay I dont think they are going to make it by then. I think its over for us. I guess I have to consider this money gone. Even if they start trading again the news would have to be huge because they are going to lose so many investors just because of this delay and silence. I really thought they had something big here to help the healthcare system. Oh well, live and learn.

$AHI well they said "expected release date of March 28 but no later than April 5" (this is Sydney asx time) And our friendly neighborhood short seller borrowed 35k shares again this morning and then after no news was dropped they returned them half hour later (right on schedual every morning).
