$AHI following is the response to my infomation request; "Good morning, Yes the annual accounts are currently with the company audit team. AHI will also release its 20-F at the end of October. The attached announcement was to let shareholders know we have closed the funding requirement outlined by ASX to reinstate the company to trading on the ASX. We have been working with ASX to meet any further requirements and do everything needed to have AHI trading again on the ASX. On the NASDAQ front, we submitted the appeal request to NASDAQ and await a response."

$AHI Only see focus on ASX compliance with no mention of a Nasdaq listing. My shares are still zero'd out on schwabb https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/AHI/02861425.pdf

$AHI Any update?

User Image swishnetster Posted - 1 month ago

$AHI financial report out and in November 2024 to address smart phone analyst for health screenings at European conference. Looks very promising as AHI appears to keep moving forward. IMHO

$AHI looks like they paid their listing fees to the asx. This is good because why bother if they felt the could never get trading again or the company was dead already or they just didn't want to. Now if they can win the nasdaq appeal they will get back up and trading and perhaps not all is lost. Then we learn what they have been up to for the last 6 months and maybe its positive stuff. Besides, what else have we got but hope.

$AHI receives additional patent protection approval. Great

$AHI Comitte has 45 days to respond to the appeal

User Image GuineaPigForever Posted - 08/27/24

$AHI did some reading about companies that use the asx as a stepping stone to the nasdaq (usually US companies do it, but seems Aus companies do it too) . The company would normaly need approval from share holders to remove themselves from asx, but a way around it is to simply not pay the asx fees gets them delisted from asx without shareholder approval. Then they regain compliance with nasdaq and mission complete. Mean while this company is getting awards and recognition, waiting on some funding and then boom.

User Image GuineaPigForever Posted - 08/22/24

$AHI Listing fees to the asx? The asx hasnt let them trade for most of the year so far. The asx also wouldnt allow them to announce the award they won recently. I hope they win the nasdaq appeal (and it looks like they should) then drop the asx completely and covert all their ordinary shares to ADR's and trade only on the nasdaq (like many asx listed companies have done in the past)

$AHI Suspended on the ASX exchange for not paying annual listings fee. 30 companies listed.

$AHI Can anyone trade otc yet? They said they met the requirements for the nasdaq, but two days too late. Does anyone believe that? If they have a successful appeal, we are still waiting until they get back up on the asx.

User Image PartTimerDaHerd Posted - 07/30/24

$AHI Bye bye money.😢

User Image GuineaPigForever Posted - 07/30/24

$AHI Maybe after delisting on the nasdaq, the ADR securities (the ones on the nasdaq) will get converted back to ordinary shares from the asx. If that happens I believe its 26 ordinary shares for every 1 ADR. Then we can trade when/if they ever resume trading on the asx.

User Image GuineaPigForever Posted - 07/30/24

$AHI My broker (rbc) sees the delisted symbol as well, but has not received notification or instructions on the security yet. They said contact the company (which I have done a few times and received lies) and keep an eye out for a change in ticker for trading otc.

User Image GGDavid Posted - 07/30/24

$AHI What happened? There was no option to sell this. Will this come back or did we loose our money.

User Image GuineaPigForever Posted - 07/30/24

$AHI well I think it happened. There is a "D" (delisted) beside it on the nasdaq halted list. I cant even put my stop loss sale order on it like I have every day for the last 6 months (it wont except the trade order) keeping my eye on it and when it trades otc.

User Image GuineaPigForever Posted - 07/30/24

$AHI Shorts are still borrowing many shares (usually about 65000 of em) every morning and returning them about half hour later when they wont be trading that day. They are at the ready for the sell-off when/if this ever trades again.

User Image GuineaPigForever Posted - 07/30/24

$AHI the AHI ticker can no longer be found on Tadingview.

$AHI Wow, feel bad for SH's on this one. To have your money locked up and held ransom for 6 months!?!? One thing if they had declared BK, going out of business etc etc. But to totally ghost their SH's through silent suspensions. Personally, have not seen anything like this before (to this extent). GL to all.
