$UXIN I am just watching the SP and its underlying valuation continue to fall into the range that I mentioned below. Much of what I do here depends on when the ER is planned/announced and how the crypto miners do. That said-the float, valuation and oversold condition on the 1yr daily and 3yr weekly makes this a compelling setup for multiplier upside.

$UXIN I re-built my position yesterday (4/03) on the fallout to $1.80 and sold much of that position today at/around $2.12. I will likely continue to swing trade ($1.50-1.97 build) while I wait for the Corporate earnings release date. It was only about a 15-20% gain for the day; however, it kept me GREEN overall, given the broader RED backdrop to the market.

$UXIN Here is the breakout downward that I have mentioned multiple times. There is/was no support under $1.95, so this could fall down as low potentially as $1.35-1.50; however, (IMO) the setup here is excellent thereafter for a material reversal, should the Company execute to plan. Market Cap $5-10Mils generating positive EBITDA at $200-250Mils and growing would be an historic (IMO) disconnect. The low float only makes it more compelling on a reversal.

$UXIN [Again] Support at $2.05 and $1.95; however, if/where that is broken look for a rather substantive fallout (IMO) to $1.35-1.65. That is most likely where the reversal will happen here in conjunction (hopefully) with a strong ER from the Company showing positive EBITDA at corporate retail centers (IRC), further top-line sequential growth inline with forecast.

$UXIN The $2.12 wall is important (IMO), as it allows the continuation over the last month (and the current uptrend) of higher lows. We will see if it holds today. That aside-keep in perspective the upside (IMO) from these levels. The Company is generating $200-250Mils in top line revenue annually under this new, scalable structure (P/S~0.05), and appears to be an EBITDA positive strategy, based on the results over the last 6mos. The Company is valued at $10Mils, split adjusted $0.02 from 3yrs ago. Massive multiplier upside (IMO) from these levels if/where the Company can show positive EBITDA at a Corporate level (Sep-2024E).

$UXIN I sold most of my position $2.45-2.55 when $2.68 was rejected (again). Downward pressure now from the $2.68 resistance that I mentioned previously. Support at/around $2.00-2.05, but watch for possible breakdown to $1.50-1.75 as I have posted previously. I am waiting for ER announcements (Q2). Build into this fallout (IMO) - do not fight the downward pressure - and it is my hope/expectation for a positive ER + guidance. Positive EBITDA at a Corporate level, CNY 400-450Mils quarterly revenue and positive guidance at $10Mils valuation!? The move (upon successful execution) here could mimic $CVNA. In all sincerity - if (heavy emphasis) the Company executes to plan, this valuation could 100-200X ultimately long-term from this level (IMO). There is certainly the risk of failure and/or dilution, but that is the risk that you have to take on this specific Company.

$UXIN [Nov-2023 Earnings Call]
BinaryLogic

$UXIN The Company has been valued between $0.2-4.4Bils [2018-23], but never over that time has come close to generating positive EBITDA on double-digit top line growth. The Company has finally (it appears) found a scalable approach to achieve just that - they did so with their Xi'an superstore in Sep-2023, and plan to do the same at Hefei by Sep-2024 (or earlier). Corporate-level positive EBITDA by Sep-2024 would be monumental (IMO) and certainly justifies a market cap greater than $12Mils on $200-250Mils annualized sales, positive EBITDA. P/S~0.05, improving margins and double-digit sequential growth outpacing the broader domestic market. In 2021, the Company was valued $1.0-4.4Bils, which equated to a split-adjusted $116-450 - the stock presently trades at $2.55.

$UXIN - very disappointed to only have 177 shares now after the second reverse split. I originally had 17,700 shares. Happy for the company but pissed that my investment has been eaten up.

$UXIN Well-it is nice to not be totally alone here with my opinion/forecast. We will see if this is even remotely correct in 2H-2024/2025. DCA in the interim. https://stockscan.io/stocks/UXIN/forecast

$UXIN Crossed the 50DMA today $2.27 on a relatively strong uptrend; however, it will need to break through the $2.60-2.68 resistance for a more substantive breakout (IMO). This is still oversold on the 3yr weekly, RSI fine on the 1yr daily. There is certainly room to run, and it is my hope the Company shows strong sequential growth, favorable margins for Mar-2024, reiterates its Corporate-level EBITDA target for Sept-2024 (or sooner).

$UXIN Breaking the $2.68 resistance and re-claiming it as support would be a very Bullish signal for me, personally from a technical perspective. From a valuation perspective, $10-15Mils makes virtually no sense (IMO), should UXIN execute to plan and show positive EBITDA expansion to all retail centers through Mar-2024 and positive EBITDA at a Corporate level by Sept-2024. Multiplier upside from these levels, should that come to fruition (IMO).

$NIO has a market cap of $10Bils with a -36% EBITDA. $UXIN has developed a profitable business model, scaling now at 25-35% sequential growth rate, anticipating positive EBITDA at all retail stores by Mar-2024 and at a Corporate level by Sept-2024. Read the Nov-2023 Earnings call for details - it is very Bullish (improved inventory T0, double-digit sequential growth, EBITDA profitable through four (4) major technology initiatives. NIO still has ownership interest and BoD representation. $UXIN has a $200Mils run rate, improving margins (as-noted), scaling with new Hefei superstore and has a market cap of $10.7Mils (P/S~0.05).

$LI $XPEV $NIO | The used car market in China is presently at/around $58Bils, and is anticipated to reach $110Bils by 2029. $UXIN is attempting to reach positive EBITDA across all retailer stores (Mar-2024) and at a Corporate level (Sept-2024) this year. They have discovered a profitable business model, and they are scaling at 25-35% QoQ growth. The Company was valued at $1-2Bils in 2021 and was nowhere near this level of profitability. They are valued at $10.7Mils presently. Multiplier upside (IMO) on successful execution. https://ir.xin.com/2023-11-28-Uxin-Limited-Announces-Successful-Validation-of-Superstore-Business-Model,-Significant-Reduction-in-Losses,-and-Target-of-Achieving-Overall-Profitability-by-2024
