$TU 2 of 2 - Allied Properties, partners to reorganize ownership of TELUS Sky ....The reorganization will involve Westbank and Allied selling their respective 1/3 interests in the Commercial Component to TELUS and TELUS selling its 1/3 interest in the Residential Component to Westbank and Allied in equal shares, with the result that TELUS will own 100% of the Commercial Component and Westbank and Allied will own 100% of the Residential Component in equal shares.

$TU Telus sees FY24 revenue up 2%-4% Sees FY24 adjusted EBITDA up 5.5%-7.5%. The company said, "TELUS' financial targets for 2024 are guided by a number of long-term financial objectives, policies and guidelines, which are detailed in Section 4.3 of the 2023 annual MD&A. With these policies in mind, our financial targets for 2024, as presented in the table, reflect our expectations for continued strong subscriber growth across mobile and fixed, as well as continued investments in our leading PureFibre network and 5G deployment.
