$TMDI Robin22 I find your hypothesis most compelling. It just strikes me as odd, that Titan would announce its reviewing its options at the end of November and then wait 5 weeks before unveiling Enos 3.0. You may have a reasonable explanation, but for all of us long termers, how much more time do you think will be needed for a deal and why did Titan lose those five weeks?

$TMDI $MDT $SYK $JNJ $ISRG Martha’s Enos2.0/IDE version pictured below, but it will likely have a 3rd arm (easy to add — lots of space in CIT and in the actuator unit) and integrated Touch Surgery software. Built already by Benchmark (at least one unit) and the only reason to not yet reveal it is Martha’s RAS ecosystem timeline. Nothing else makes even remote sense.

$TMDI reading the nasdaq rule book, wondering if I’m interpreting this correctly… Titan had 15 days to apply for an appeal hearing for nasdaq compliance.from dec.28th 2022. Its past that time frame. They would’ve had to present there request either written or verbally. They set a date for the hearing, the panel, once they have heard Titans presentation of any evidence to stay listed can than instantly decide to delist right then and there or they can grant up to 180 more days from the original delisting date, so this would now take is to June 2023. Am i understanding this correctly? We are still listed so what ever evidence Titan had to request that they remain listed on the nasdaq must be good enough for the appeals panel. So would that mean some sort of funding? B/O? Raise? Did they get 180 more days? Something that would show they can maintain the 1$ rule. Interesting. If they were packing it in and closing the doors they would’ve just taken the delisting and be done.

$ISRG $JNJ $MDT $SYK $TMDI IMO, the key questions to ask are: 1) why did they build the Enos3.0 prototype in secret and ‘independently from Medtronic’ (quote from PR and slide deck) ? and 2) why time 3.0’s reveal so late into development ? I obviously think it was a post-MA offer leverage play. But hey, devil’s advocate here — maybe Titan did lose their mind and said to themselves: “let’s lie about what we’re doing, and spend our dwindling cash on a completely new bot design, while abandoning Enos1-2.0, all for fun. It’ll be great for our careers and the SEC and shareholders will love the lying and obfuscation it too”. Thoughts on the above 2 questions? How about you, franky?

$TMDI This really is a fascinating watch, definitely at a pivotal point in the biotech timeline. Strategic review, listing decisions, cash flow decisions, etc. Feels like any kind of non-dilutive money would be welcome right now. Maybe another couple million from MDT, I dunno. $TMDI Everyone needs to understand mergers take a really long time and fail about 99% of the time in the corporate world. Its Naive to think anything will happen anytime soon. I have 360k shares so i am on this daily and truly waiting for a success story, but to jump on here everyday acting like its just gonna happen is silly. Relax wait for news updates from the companies not fake posters and bots. There is a ending out there one way or another but it will take time
