TMC the metals company Inc., a deep-sea minerals exploration company, focuses on the collection, processing, and refining of polymetallic nodules found on the seafloor in California. It primarily explores for nickel, cobalt, copper, and manganese products. The company holds exploration and commercial rights in three polymetallic nodule contract areas in the Clarion Clipperton Zone of the Pacific Ocean. Its products are used in electric vehicles (EV), renewable energy storage markets, EV wiring, energy transmission, manganese alloy production required for steel production, and other applications. The company was formerly known as Sustainable Opportunities Acquisition Corporation and changed its name to TMC the metals company Inc. TMC the metals company Inc. was founded in 2011 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.

$TMC 9:00 PM update - Today we pulled back on very light volume after Monday's move up. We retraced part of yesterday's gain, but not all of it. The only negative is that the pullback gave us a reversal candle. However, the MM's daily short volume seems to correlate more closely to what happens next (lately) than the candles. Yesterday's short volume shot up sharply, and today was down. However, the report today dropped 21% to 42% of sales. This suggests that despite the reversal candle we're going up tomorrow. Remember, the trading oscillators are still pointing up, the stock is still in an uptrend, and nobody is selling. The only thing missing is buyers! That's where the rubber meets the road!!

$TMC I have been shorting this for a long time guys. I'm feeling sorry for some people who may be serious about this stock. In my opinion this stock will go under $1 again soon. I really hope it doesn't but i have been here a while now watching and it's the same story evertime. Good luck bulls. $TMC This seems to explain what we currently face here.👇👇👇👇 2 April 2024, 12:14pm EDT Source: Deep Sea Mining Campaign TMC's report shows a rapid decrease in cash reserves, with under $7 million cash in hand at the end of 2023, while their costs were $15 million in the last 3 months of that year alone. The report outlines options for loans and the last resort step of issuing new shares which would dilute the ownership of current shareholders. However, neither of these are likely to realise TMC’s target of mining in early 2026. To add to their woes, the company has admitted to mistakes in its accounting procedures, and could well face new litigation on top of the legal actions already filed against the company.
