$TAOP See chart below... it is not trading advise, but just facts, which clearly is not important until it is. I'm not using price as a data point below, but market cap. This chart shows two major themes: extreme dilution, extreme decrease in valuation (even with dilution priced in), and extreme growth in revenue. After market cap and revenue collapsed during covid crash in 2020, every time stock price rallied, price was chopped down aggressively and a dilution pump and dump initiated at a lower price (buyers want to buy low and flip immediately). During this period, revenue increased 4x and company is a little above break even, but company will not let price and market cap recover... it is a systematic game that is often played by "fundraising-by-dilution" firms... until the business becomes self sustaining, which for TAOP might happen soon. The Sept rally was not well liked by insiders... thus chopped down and dilution initiated again. It's blatant... but not illegal.

$TAOP timing this is impossible, but over the past three years sales have more than doubled and the company has reversed steep losses to a positive EPS, but market cap has has fallen over 80% since previous lows (stock price is misleading due to dilution) and valuation is about 15% of net assets. Dilution has destroyed sentiment to a point where current price is like paying for paper cup at Starbucks when they give you a venti cappuccino. No idea when price will correct, but nosediving for 3.5 years into depths of hades has trapped many people it appears!
