$MAXN You’ve got to keep in mind that these $100 million came from private investors, not the open market. If they’d bought those shares on the free market instead, we’d probably already be looking at a three-digit stock price. I’m also not too worried about the panels being hold at the border, even though it might look a bit rough short-term with the big U.S. market situation. Don’t forget, TCL has a huge customer base, and they’ve surely checked the demand for the modules before making the purchase. I’m betting they’ll announce new sales targets, partnerships, and some solid future projections when they report earnings—maybe even the launch of the factory if things go really well.

$MAXN so looking at how many short positions were closed on Thursday and Friday we could see a parabolic move this week. My educated guess is they moved everything through dark pool which means Monday/Tuesday we should see the price action hit. Who knows how many shares they were able to find with the manipulated red day. Luckily, I think we have reached our moment

$MAXN Does anyone think it odd how the panels have been detained since July and they never told shareholders until 2 MONTHS LATER. Now, they decide to be all forthtelling and do a 180 and let all all know they are still detained WITHIN 30 DAYS of their next earnings in a quiet period. That tells me they are playing games. Why? They know they would not have been able to steal as much money from investors from July until September if they would have done the RIGHT THING and told us as soon as they were detained. The market makers, institutions, SEC and Maxeon themselves are all in this together to steal from retail JUST LIKE the rest of the market in general. I'm still bullish but my goodness this is insanity. I was hoping my one hundred and fifty Dec 20 $50 calls were going to still be on the up and up but I think they just through us back a couple more months before it goes wild. The only way we can win IN THE SHORT TERM is if they come out with NM or shipments released

$MAXN Lets be totally honest guys. I was optimistic about the panels being cleared for importation and a significant rise and stabilisation of the share price on the back of the news. With the ongoing detention and uncertainty regarding the NM plant amongst other uncertainties, it's hard to be optimistic over the short to medium term. I could've sold with a small profit when it crossed 14 (I averaged down at 6) and I wish now that I had. Why the fuck did they have to release that news wheen they did? Could they not have kept it quiet for at least another week when the shorts were it a tight spot and the price had momentum.
