$LI So last earnings need to be adjusted downward if Li Auto is giving refunds. Looks like a nasty set up for Q1, hybrid phase coming to a close. Who's charging infrastructure will li auto use once they convert to pure EV.

$LI Chinese EVs flash collapsed in overnight trading… low liquidity trading obviously so it might be Chinese funds manipulating price trying to get in before the move up tomorrow morning. Or, there is something going on in China. Really dark trading action with Chinese EVs… how a $30 billion market cap company can be tossed around like a ragdoll like this is frankly, pretty impressive, thanks to high-speed algorithmic trading servers.

TSLA ER was anything but encouraging, with Top/Bottom line misses, growing inventory levels, price reductions, multiple executive departures, and the CEO attempting to shift investor attention to robots and taxis on still bloated multiples - yet the stock ran 15% today. $LI has its next ER on May-7 (E), and I am positioning myself accordingly. 50% YoY growth in Q1, two (2) new vehicle launches along with refresh of existing vehicle line (L7-L9), increasing retail and service centers by 50% (2024CY), profitable, 135% CAGR (2019-23CY), positive FCF and no debt/interest rate risk of which to speak with sufficient Cash to cover Total Liabilities - P/E~16.

$LI encouraging action AH post TSLA ER, tomorrow will insightful as to whether there is sentiment reversal. I am still very bullish, but I have been trading LI for way too long to think that action can be rationalized. Need to wait for the trend to reverse and momentum to build up.

$LI price action is garbage, but let’s take a step back and look at macro. GM is stating that the EV market will improve in the second half. Tesla earnings were not as bad as feared. Chinese economy hasn’t fully stabilized, but GDP stronger than anticipated. If you have the patience to endure this madness, at some point algos will reverse.

$LI looks like a huge number of stop losses triggered today and large scale outflow… you can’t blame investors for wanting to leave this mess for “anything else”. Conditions are very difficult for LI right now until sentimental reverses. We’ll see if hedge funds are waiting for TSLA ER to make a move, but there will be head fakes and false move a plenty before this ends

1 50% crash (current)
2 30% crashes
This is one year. And this is not a biotech startup or a crypto miner… but this would be considered crazy even for those types of companies. This is a highly profitable, high growth company who is one of the foundations of the Chinese EV movement. Until something changes, it is the purist cyclical stock in the market.

$LI This article is an interesting read-he reiterates much of the same points that bulls here (including me) have commented. He uses a DCF model (take his assumptions at your own discretion) to calculate a PT of $130. That is not out of the rhelm of possibility (IMO); however, that is a much longer view of the Company, including international expansion and broader (global) EV adoption, IMO. $LI Unlike other EV maker Li produces PHEV so you get a small gas engine that will give you far more range then an EV alone. Now the company is delivering in China alone. Expect numbers to go through the roof when they expend into Europe and elsewhere. Most people prefer PHEV as a middle point betweeen gasoline and EV as proven by Toyotas success in the field.

$LI awful price action today… worst of the worse, but wasn’t expecting a reversal on a day where money is flowing back into the broader market. If LI is finished unloading negative events, unwinding of bearish positioning might be occurring, but can’t time this. Reversals are sudden and unpredictable
